I had an amazing experience with this mechanic! They got my car fixed the same day efficient, and friendly the entire time. When I sent a request to my insurance company for towing service, the manager called me within a few minutes. 20 minutes later, a tow truck driver showed up, loaded my vehicle onto the carrier bed, then dropped me off at work! I was only an hour late. After replacing my starter and battery, they delivered my vehicle to my workplace parking lot by 3 p.m. the same day. It was the most non-stressful situation I have ever experienced. I highhly recommend their personalized service, professionalism, and very reasonable cost for service.
I hit a deer and my tow truck driver recommended this place. Jordan was absolutely amazing! Answered all of my questions, helped me understand things I didn’t know about and walked me through every step of the process. My car needed up being totaled but I will be coming back with any future car needs and recommend to all of my friends!
The name on the truck doesn’t match what my insurance company sent me. He didn’t have the proper tools so he tried to strip my nut when asked why he lied, threw my wheel lock on the ground, and walked away! I asked i understand that you cannot perform the job but can you at least put my lock into my had as I did your and he proceeded to enter the truck and lie to progressive insurance telling them that he completed the job…🤦🏽♀️
