Customer Reviews
Great place for all your automotive needs. The staff is always very helpful and their prices are great.
Great group of knowledgeable folks working here. Well stocked showroom. If they don't have the parts you need right away, usually they get them later that day or the next morning.
Awful customer service. The last two days I've been to two different locations and both had rude employees work the desk.
What a goof answering the phone. I said "Good morning how are ya?" Goes "how can I help ya?"... okay.... looking for price and availability on front strut asse.." gets cut off by what are you working on.." in the rudest possible way. I told him " i was telling you what i needed and you..." gets cut off again by "no you didnt, i need to know the vehicle." What a bird. Needless to say, i wont ever use that store again.
All yall are, are librarians for auto parts. I get an eye roll when I come in to get a part because gosh forbid I said the wrong part the first time. OOohh nOOOooo. How dare I! Exactly why women dont like going into these shops. How about you SMILE MORE PRINCESS.
The employee working the counter today around 11:45 AM was completely unprofessional and rude. He acted as though he already had a chip on his shoulder and was openly cussing out a customer on the phone when we walked in. We were simply trying to exchange a part that had been incorrectly sold, but he continued to be short, irritated, and unapproachable even after we returned. What made the situation worse was that the manager was standing right there and said nothing about the behavior. If your staff cannot maintain professional customer service, and management allows it, that’s a concern.
Rude don't go unless you absolutely have to. Many faulty parts as well and bad attitudes towards customers. Cashier guy almost cried because he had to return an item and do his job.
Larry was extremely rude and disrespectful. He acted as if I was a burden to him, by making a purchase. If you view the store video recording, you can see that he was upset that he had to stop using his personal device on company time and had to assist me. A paying customer, with my purchase! I was the only customer in the store. I asked him what sizes to get on wiper bIades. He rudely said the size, said its in aisle 3 and all different prices. I was so accustomed to the associate walking over with me to get the wiper blades, especially when the entire store was empty. He was also upset that I showed him a coupon and he had to redo the transaction. He did not like that at all. I asked him if he could assist me with putting on my windshield wipers on my car and that seemed to set him off. He looked at me when I asking him to put on the blades and he ignored me with anger in his face. I asked again and he responded back very rudely. I recorded him while he was playing with his personal device. He snatched my wiper blades purchased from the counter and stored out the store. While he was putting on my blades, I was concerned that he would damage my vehicle. He put one blade on and claimed that he could not put on the second one. Said I had to do it myself by using a screwdriver and he stormed off saying he was the only one there, yet the store had no customers in it. So what I had to do was use my keys to pull the old one off and it worked, in a few seconds. While I was in the parking lot. There was an O'Reilly lady driver I asked her if she was the manager and she said no and I explained to her my experience and she apologized. The entire experience from Larry was extremely terrible. I was treated with total disrespect and disregarded as a customer. This was a nightmare interaction. I will never go back to O'Reilly, due to the experience I encountered at the 16615 Eureka Road, Southgate, MI. I will make sure to never recommend O'Reilly to anyone, to avoid them having to interact with Larry. Sincerely, Disappointed customer, FYI, I have already reached out and provided my email address and have yet to hear back from anyone. Yes this is more than a trainable moment.
Very RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL the girl pulled the wrong part and accused me of lying to her about what year my car was made. Told me to leave and never come back
Went in to buy a REAR caliper for my vehicle and the lady sold me a FRONT caliper after ensuring me the part was right. Wasted my evening pulling the old stuff off just to put the old stuff right back on.
