It was great the employee explained everything they were doing,only took me about 10 minutes and I was out.
Hate having to get e-checks but at this location it was very quick and efficient when i just went on a weekday. Employees were very polite and professional.
Very easy to use and fast and even got a bottle of hand sanitizer so you can use for your hands and prints out the paper for you in seconds
“Canal Road E-Check: Surprisingly Painless, Shockingly Efficient” Used Google Maps to find this place because, let’s be honest, Canal Road feels like a scavenger hunt designed by someone who hates signage. Rumor said to get there early — and shocker, the rumor was right. Rolled up around 9:30 AM to an empty lot so quiet I thought I accidentally drove into Sunday. Staff was friendly and actually seemed to like their jobs (rare energy in the world of mandatory testing). No more of that creepy hallway where you stood around feeling like a car-wash extra waiting for judgment. Just pull up, flash your paperwork, and they’ll have you back on the road faster than the West Side Market runs out of pierogies. Then it’s off to the BMV to snag those cute little stickers — the closest thing Cleveland adults get to a participation trophy.
They keep this self service station operable every time we’ve had to go for our cars so I’m sure their day service is impeccable as well

Did not wait and there were other people there, they work together well. Smooth and painless going to the valley view location. Everyone was friendly and spoke.
The kiosk on the side is easy and quick to use, bypassing the line of cars to go into the building As long as the port on the car is working properly I recommend using it.
Easy. Battery died 8 the land so popping my hood made me ineligible for a test cause my battery's bad. But I just went to the kiosk an passed!
The place is fine put on a personal level I feel it's unconstitutional that only seven of the 88 counties in the state of Ohio have to do this every other year how is that possibly fair that we have to go through all this but 98% of the rest of the state it doesn't matter how their cars are
