Absolutely the best BMV experience ever! The E-check service was phenomenal and Axil was polite, efficient, kind and pleasant. In and out so quickly and he gave me info re: the Kiosk next door where I could get renewed registration and sticker. Will never go to a BMV line again.
The one worker Kristal was very efficient and helpful (5 stars), but her other female coworker was very rude and clearly struggles with emotional stability. I was told they are hiring at the end, but I’m not sure I could recommend anyone working with Kristal’s coworker. Good luck!
Entirely unhelpful. Self service kiosk down. I can’t use my driver door or window so it basically started a screaming match because they kept insisting I do so. Then they told me to leave. Self service elsewhere for the win. I hope they all have the day they deserve.
