Worst experience Ever at 55th location 9/25/25. . Went thru line after leaving BMV across street. Was told I needed to go to a station that has kiosk machine. I asked, what is that? One guy didn’t know & the manger said, I’m busy with a customer so get out of my line 😳 Very rude Hispanic guy & black guy was slow. Went to StClair location, in & out thanks to Vincent there, thank goodness & he explained things to me & got me on my way to get my plates. Never Ever going to 55th location ,ever again. 😠
