Gino and Jiro hold great conversations while your Ohio E-Check runs, Hank is straight-forward and polite, and Mr. Larry is always helpful. The self-service terminal runs quicker than the staffed lanes when you know your way around an OBD port.

i had gino and giro or jiro, they were so amazing and held great conversations while i waited!! awesome team you got there!! thank you both!!!
Employees are friendly and informative. Super easy to get in and out of. Self-service option is available, but I hope they continue with employee service as I am disabled.
Love using the self service terminal. It’s always so much quicker than doing the full inspection.
Today I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Hank. He was straight forward while being polite. Mr. Larry is another great guy! Always helpful and quick service!
Every time we’ve had to go there, they’ve been so nice and polite. Today we went and both workers were so pleasant and smiling and personable. It wasn’t busy at all either which surprised me, I expected it to be on a Saturday morning. We’ll keep going to this one.
I used the self service kiosk. It was after hours on the weekend. It was quick and easy. I was able to complete the process in under 10 minutes. Makes my life easier because I don't have to take time off work to get an e-check. Make sure you follow the directions on the screen so the next person can use the kiosk after you.
I went there with my 8 year old. The male attendee asked me, the driver, a to get out. I also informed him that my son would also need to get out. Many moms would not be comfortable leaving their running automobile with a child in the back and having a stranger get into the van. No one told my son where to stand, so he crossed in front of our van to stand by me. The attendee yelled at both of us and told us that a child had just had his legs broken by walking in that spot. Definitely need to improve safety procedures for when a child needs to exit the car. After yelling at us, he went inside to his coworker and was loudly complaining about us, completely leaving out that he should have listened to us and had a better system in place for child safety.
Usually dont have any issues when coming here but yesterday I went with my daughter for her first ever echeck. She was already so nervous and I wasnt bc Ive been through it and never had any issues. Well this time the old man Hank was very nasty to me. He seemed like he was struggling to find the port so I let him know where it was as I install a bounice tracking device to monitor my child's driving, shockingly instead of him simply saying thanks or honestly nothing at all would of been more professional then him embarrassing himself by saying he doesn't need my help, he has been doing this a long time. But I watched him struggle to find it, so anyway maybe its time to retire there Hank!
