Ohio E-Check

The black women here were phenomenal! They were kind, patient and knowledgeable. On the other hand the wight man with the ponytail was rude and disrespectful. He bad talked the other workers as soon as they walked away and I told them, watch out for him.

Amazing & friendly customer service! Fast & efficient. As with most of my reviews, I’m quick to shout out where & when I receive excellent customer service. You just don’t get it everywhere and even when you do, most people only post the negative. Thanks so much to LaNitra & her boss for your care, concern and for making me smile this morning! I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here. The wait time is usually short, the staff are always pleasant and professional.

The inspectors were SO friendly and helpful. Plus, getting plate tags there is fast and easy. Again, another very friendly employee asked us if we had any questions regarding screen options and then even helped us work our way thru it before going on with his job. The facility is clean and well maintained. Highly recommended!

I just renewed my emissions testing through the Self Service E-check some Ohio locations now have. worked flawlessly and takes about 5 minutes give or take. NOTE: I went after work, after hours (6:30pm) and the Kiosk screen was still on, which I was pleasantly surprised with. no complaints.

Pulled in and parked at kiosk. Followed on-screen instructions and got my printout within a few minutes. If we have to do it, this is the easiest way

The visit was good but a couple issues with the location that can be improved. Unlike other locations theirs hardly any road signs to indicate where it is located and it's easy to drive past on a very busy road. Also the self service kiosk faces West so in the afternoon or evening it's hit directly by the sun making it difficult to use.

Definitely don't like the fact that I have to get my car e-checked, but at least it was quick and easy. Wish they would've had a sign for the self service kiosk because it's easily missed. You have to pull into the little parking area to the left right when you enter. Employees seemed decent enough.

The lady who works here, Animaty, needs a lesson in customer service and manners. She is rude and disrespectful. Interacted with me as if she was a TSA agent on a power trip. Kept on saying that my car didnt have a OBD port! The problem was that it was tucked higher than usual. Drove to the Stow location and they were excellent.
