Was reccommended Roger's Tire in Caldwell by a coworker. I am happy with the service provided. They were thorough and diagnosed my car's issues. Everything was explained to me in layman's terms without being condescending, which I appreciate since I know nothing about cars. They were honest and let me know my costly repairs weren't urgent. Im excited to go back when I need it next.

Alecha at the Caldwell location clearly walked me through my initial process of rebuilding my engine and what to expect on my Ram 2500. She kept me up to speed throughout the process with the various timelines and process changes. As with most rebuilds as you get further into a rebuild parts are found that really need to be replaced due to excessive ware and tare. Even though the final cost was higher than what was initially quoted I am pleased to have a safe and reliable truck. I appreciate everyone’s hard work and willingness to go the extra mile in providing me and my family a safe and reliable transportation especially during this upcoming winter weather here in Idaho.

The folks here are thorough, considerate and always happy to help. Their communication was fantastic. They got my truck's difficult repairs completed in a very timely manner as well as adding on an additional repair that was unknown until they got into it. Absolutely appreciate them all!

The service guys at Rogers were great, they did some tire and wheel work for me and took some spacers off the front that weren’t needed and the truck actually drives better. Alicia at the front desk was great… got me scheduled the day I called and gave me a quote on some other work I needed.

I had a blow out and then I had to get to a safe space so I drove on it several miles. I thought I needed new tire and wheel, but they fixed the wheel and because I had tire protection, the tire coat $24! I’m a happy customer! Kara was great and pleasant to work with. Also very knowledgeable.

I bought a motorhome from someone in California and before they drove it to me here in Idaho, they took it to america’s tire company and had six brand new tires put on. The back of the motorhome has dual tires and america’s tire company decided NOT to use the same long valve stems that were on the original tires, instead, replacing them with valve stems that were half inch long , making it impossible to put air in the back tires. It really is one of the most boneheaded things I’ve ever seen. How could they not realize that I would never be able to put air in the back inside tire!!! It was totally blocked! I didn’t even realize this had happened. I was across the street in Nampa ID at EZ RV repair (Amazing company !) getting my Motorhome looked at when they told me about the tire problem. UGH. THANK GOD, IT WASN’T ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WAITING FOR A TOW TRUCK! According to ChatGPT towing this thing 50 miles would cost around $500-800! Fortunately, for me, there was a tire store across the Street from EZ RV. The owner of EZ RV called (CLYDE) The manager of Rogers tire (man named NATO. ). NATO told me to back my motorhome up into their bay where they proceeded to jack up the motorhome, remove all the tires and replace all of the valve stems with much longer stems that would allow me to actually put air in the back tires. (I guess that’s kind of important). :) Then he (NATO!) gave me an air compressor extender, and a fancy tire pressure gauge that would make it easier for me to put air in the back tires and some Keurig French roast. Keep in mind none of this happened via appointment. I was just a walk in. After about 45 minutes, he explained to me what the situation was and told me that there would be no charge!! Talk about amazing customer Service!! I’m a business owner and this is exactly the way I treat my customers. It’s WONDERFUL I WAS TOTALLY READY TO CALL AMERICA’S TIRE COMPANY AND TELL THEM THAT THEY NEEDED TO reimburse me FOR THEIR MISTAKE ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT I wasnt being charged. Lol. SWEET!! I’m a very happy customer and I’ll be coming back here for any future tire needs!
