Had a great experience with these guys. Tim was awesome! He replaced my axil, fixed my power steering, and more. This was not an easy job, but Tim took great care of my car and now it drives like a champ. Highly recommend!

I was towed by Triple A to Shuffitt after my vehicle was leaking oil fast, down to 8psi, due to a cracked Oil Filter Housing. On Monday my van was towed to the lot around noon: they quickly figured out the issue, ordered the part, and it was ready for pick up by 3:00pm the following day. Pricing for parts and labor is fair and comparatively more affordable than the dealership. They also replaced the oil so it's drive ready.

Many wonderful experiences! I cannot recommend this garage enough. Brandon always go out of his way to explain everything they are doing and helps me to save money when possible. They have gone above and beyond for my high mileage Honda Pilot.

These guys know their stuff. Brandon is fair and will work with you. We take all of our vehicles to them. I recommend them to everyone . Bought a 2011 Ford fiesta and took it to them, went over the whole thing and fixed everything in about 2 days. Big repairs too, and was fair about it. Preciate y'all, keep it up!

Not sure what has happened with these guys . Usually they are on their A Game , but my power steering leak has cost me over 2000 dollars and I still have the leak and it not a small leak . They replaced my power steering pump and fixed my R&P steering to stop the leak neither fixed the issue . I called and asked if they were going to fix the issue for free at this point was told they would call me back . It been 2 days no call . Hoping they will call and offer a solution. Because they usually do a great job . Hate leaving bad reviews but felt I had no choice.

I took my car to Shufitt’s for years, but the last time I went a couple years they acted like they didn’t want to do routine maintenance on my car. I mentioned things it needed per the manufacturer and they kept saying it doesn’t need one standard thing after another, but they finally agreed to do the spark plugs. When they did the spark plugs they didn’t put back together some of the plastic under my windshield and it eventually fell off during driving. I don’t understand this place anymore, which sucks because I used to really like them. Their prices were still decent.

!!!!!! STOP AND READ THIS!!!!Had my car broken into over 1000$ of aftermarket parts missing and more $ in damages when it got stripped all they could do is refund me what I gave them to fix the original problem .not done. they won't help or offer to replace the parts when it was in there care on there property under there supervision..bad location bad service..I had to pay for a tow to get my car back home because how bad they striped my car ... I wouldn't leave my car there if I was u.. YOU WERE WARNED!!!! Lawsuit in progress

It is EXTREMELY rare that I leave a review, especially a negative review. However; the complete lack of overall service, has left me totally flabbergasted! I had my truck towed here on 8/14/24 by AAA, because a Traction Control indicator light came on. I picked my truck up today 9/3/24, nearly three weeks later....only to discover they did not even look at my truck AT ALL, during the entire 3 weeks it was there! There was NO sensor reading, NO checking under the hood, NO checking the engine of any kind for that matter!! They didn't even open the doors to my truck, let alone attempt to fix anything. I have called several times over the course of these 3 weeks, and every time I've called I was told, "they would give me a call with an update, once they got around to it". The thing is, THEY NEVER GOT AROUND TO IT!! Even when I picked my truck up today...there was no greeting upon entering. As a matter of fact, they didn't say too much of anything AT ALL!! When I asked questions about my truck, one of the guys just pointed in the direction of the other guy...who just handed me my keys. There were no apologies given, no questions answered, no questions asked, no have a nice day, no sorry for any inconvenience.....absolutely nothing! And the thing is... I wasn't too concerned about anything else really, my only concern was getting my truck fixed. That's all! I have 3 children, at 3 different schools, that all have the same start times and end times, and whom are all car riders. My point is... I need reliable transportation to be able to get to my children and work everyday!! It was bad enough that I had to go 3 weeks without my truck...but to find out that they didn't even look at it, at all!! That was just adding insult to injury! I understand that they could've been very busy, but SAY THAT if that's the case! To say absolutely nothing at all, not even apologize for any inconvenience or anything of the sort... is just rude, disrespectful, and overall distasteful! If I could give NEGATIVE STARS or ZERO STARS, I absolutely would. This place will NEVER get my business ever again. I STRONGLY recommend that you DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, or your money with these people like I did....they don't seem to want to work anyways.

I took my car there around 11am Wednesday 8/14/24 with a concern that my alternator may be going out. and just picked my car up today 8/21/24 w/ no invoice. My car was NEVER looked at. On my initial visit I told worker Brandon that my battery light comes on after awhile while I am driving. He hooked some machine up and we determined that it may be the alternator and that my alternator was over charging. I called Friday asking for an update and was told that they received the wrong part and waiting to receive the correct part for my car. I called Tuesday and still had not received my part which is the alternator. I called this morning and he said they are stilling waiting on my part to come in. About 2:40 Today I received a call from him stating that my power steering pump is going out and that’s the reason I am having other issues. I asked how much did I owe believing that I at least had to pay the diagnostic fee. He said no charge. So I arrive and ask would he be able to print out what he had found and he did not stating that it would create an invoice 🧾 which would indicate that my car was looked at. He also said that he never put the new alternator on because of this power steering issue which maybe an issue, but if so why not print it out for me? Because he never looked at my car. So my car sat for 7 days and I was inconvenienced because I too have to work and my car was never looked at. Very dismissive with me which not sure why as you had my car for 7 days and NEVER looked at it! TF is wrong with people!!
