I had a Great experience. It was my 1st time going there with my GMC Box truck. It’s a 10,6 thankfully it fit in the bay. The Gentleman helping me out was very helpful and Knowledgeable as well. I’ll go back there again.

Totally an awesome place to take your car to. People there are super friendly and professional. I drives a vw Jetta and took my car to other mechanics for inspection they did it really quick and seems not totally understanding my request about my head gasket, they made a quick decision about my car and said it’s a bad head gasket and require engine replacement which cost around 4.3k. Then for my last bet, I took my car to SpeeDee for inspection. Mechanic Travis performed an in depth inspection, and turned out to be a filter issue not gasket. He quickly replaced my filter and took my car on the highway for couple runs and turns out to be fine. Upfront they told me inspection cost is $150(labor+the filter and oil change). They didn’t told me they were gonna replace the filter I thought it’s just inspection, but they replaced it and did an oil change quickly without charging more. Absolute amazing place to take your car to, mechanics seemed very professional and passionate about what they are doing. Many mechanics I go to they are really afraid of dealing with European cars, but here at SpeeDee they are honest and reasonable for every inspection. Thank you SpeeDee Gardner for saving me 4k!!! Jay and Kenny have a great crew at this shop. Some places try to sell you services you don't need. This Speedee has told me a few times over the past couple years or so, when I've asked if a job should be done, that I could wait longer after I put more miles on my vehicle. That's how you earn the trustworthy title. Tiffany welcomed me today. She's great with customers. Matt, Adam, Kris, and the tall guy are all awesome. Can't forget the guys in the pit! Sorry, I don't know everyone's names. Happy 4th!

You guys are the best. They are professional and very honest in what they do. The brake light of my FORD Taurus police interceptor wasn't working. I had been to two Auto shops. The quote I had was $55 and $65 respectively. I went to SpeeDee and they did the same job for me for $15. I couldn't believe the price difference. I went there again for my routine oil change and servicing. They finished in a short time and their prices are very moderate. I highly recommend SpeeDee, Gardner.

Called at noon to ask hours for inspection sticker. They told me they closed at 5, and 4:00 would be the last time to get in line. Got there at 3:45 PM on Saturday and they were closing for the day. Wish you told me this so I could have made another place that was actually staying open for their scheduled hours.

Previously I had always had good experiences here(for literally years). This last visit I got an oil change and tire rotation. When rotating my tires the technician cross-threaded the studs, stripped the inside of the lug nuts and broke off two of the studs holding the tires onto my car. They blamed it on the dealership(the last people to touch my tires/car) saying that it was like that when they tried to unscrew them. I brought it to the dealership in hopes they would cover the cost for their supposed mistake. They agreed to fix the two and cover the cost, however when he went to fix the two the tech discovered that every single stud on my car was cross threaded, the lug nuts were not on straight or tightened(they were sticking out). When he went to remove them a majority of the studs broke. The dealership service manager explained to me how unsafe this is and that it’s unacceptable that Speedee let me drive out of there with my tires in that state. He said I was very lucky to have made it to the dealership safely. I will be returning to speedee with notes and all the broken piece in an effort to get the over $350 bill to fix all the broken studs covered. BE CAREFUL! TIRE ROTATIONS MAY NOT BE SAFE! Update— I brought it back to speedee and spoke with managers who assured me it was safe & were super apologetic. It seems both Speedee and the dealership are pointing fingers at one another so who knows. Regardless, I appreciate the way that speedee handled the situation with professionalism and good customer service.

I would love to give you guys a five star review, however I’m unsure of exactly what you did during my Recent oil change. They said that they vacuumed the car however they did not. They also did not put A sticker indicating the next oil change. Things were checked off that it was completed, so I’m unsure if all the things that were checked, and that I paid for was actually complete completed.

I had an appointment today for 12:00pm to get my breaks, pads and routers replaced. Speaking on the phone with them a few days prior to my appointment I told them that I would leave my car parked in the side lot. I dropped my car off at 6am got a ride to work, and returned at 3:30 to pick up my car. My car sat in their parking lot for 9.5 hours and nobody thought to check the lot for my car. My car did not get worked on and it was a SEVERE inconvenience to my schedule today. I will have to call out of work for a day to get my car worked on and they are not even willing to negotiate pricing at this point even though the fault is of their employees negligence. I would not recommend this location for anything more than an oil change. They don’t seem to value customer relations whatsoever. At a minimum if they thought I had missed my appointment they should have called and they didn’t even do that.

I came into speeDee in Gardner Ma for an oil change and tire rotation. I made sure I was the very 1st customer by arriving early. I’ve been sitting here for 1hr and 40 mins. Watching 10 customers come and go and I am still waiting. I am a very annoyed customer to say the least. What is the issue? Because I asked for a tire rotation I felt like I was punished and made to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Plenty of employees here, so that’s not the issue. To boot, my tire light is still on for low air pressure. If you need a tire rotation, don’t come here. You’ll be punished
