Great service. Friendly staff. Young man said it was his first time servicing a vehicle by himself. He did a great job.

Orlando and Eladio were welcoming, patient, and understanding. They are very knowledgeable and answered my questions. I was in and out in what felt like 5 minutes. I would recommend going here and I would recommend Eladio and Orlando. They are amazing. If I had cash I would have offered a tip.

I'm a "regular" at this location. The staff is very attentive, kind,and knowledgeable. I drive a 2016 VW Tiguan and it burns oil. A fact that I learned from one of the gentleman who work there. Because of this ;I will keep coming here for my oil changes and the free "top offs" they offer. 😊

I have been going here for a while now when I don't feel like changing my oil myself and they have some of the best customer service I have ever seen at an oil change place. They always offer me a cold water while I wait, everyone is friendly and I have good conversations with them, they are efficient and get me in and out in a timely manner and they hand clean my windshield at the end. Their customer service is way better than any Valvoline I've worked at or been to by far. The last time they changed my oil they now offer complimentary air freshers which smell great. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a trustworthy and reliable place for an oil change.

The service was quick.. Employees was welcoming. But the coupon situation will stop me from going back. I was told they couldn’t scan my $25 off coupon and that’s been a problem for a while at the location. So why not asked the customers how are they paying before service. What if i only brought so much money because i spoke to someone in corporate before arriving and they sent me a coupon. The employee did offer me $7 off

One vehicle when I pulled in. Two workers looks like one of the guys is much newer. I understand that. However, literally about one hour and ten minutes here.Just for a simple oil change and Air Filter. big guysWere nice, though.I'll give you that so that's why i'm giving you the four stars. Was there for 24 minutes for a simple oil change , The attendant left oily handprints all over the front cowl of my car and the front of the hood and did not make sure the hood was secure before waving me to pull out . And then sent me a text message to someone named "Oha" ? asking for a review, it almost seems like soliciting and not even to the correct customer. Sorry I don't like to post reviews that are of a negative nature I'd rather not post at all but when prompted by the business I can only tell how my experience was .... There will be no future visits . PS. They were not busy now that you asked my view . Once again I was just going to skip a review and chalk it up to a lesson learned but .... 🙄

I want to start by saying the staff was very kind and did the job well. What made me upset was waiting in the bay for over 30 minutes before I was started. Don’t offer 15-minute service if you’re understaffed. Next, I called the phone number and got assigned an agent to help. The agent was offering a $25 off coupon, but the store would not take it. The store said the company policy changed and not to take it anymore, but the company has their call centers giving them out? Someone is lying. Next, the $15 off coupon only applies to the non-economy prices, which is fine, I’m more pissed at myself for not reading the fine print. Lastly, they offer window cleaning and to check tire pressure and neither were done. Again, great workers, not a good company.

I stopped for a quick oil change. Over an hour passed by from the time I arrived to the time I left. One car arrived after I got there and was being worked on before me. I have never seen so much time mismanagement. The mechanic had to run from one side of the car to the other side of the car to do simple little chores and he had to do it several times. Not one but one or the other was working on my car. I’d like to know that when a mechanic starts working on my car he is going to finish Not to be completely dissatisfied, I must admit that the mechanics were pleasant and tried to do a good job. I don’t know that that happened, but they tried. I will not be returning as I know there must be a better place to get a simple oil change.

I usually avoid these types of places like the plague cause they over charge for oil changes but I was in a rush and it was down the street from my house so I gave it a try. From the time I got into the bay to the time I left I was there for an hour and a half. The guys that run this place are very inefficient and spent a lot of time clowning around. Once they started my oil change I asked for the economy price which is about $50. Before finishing up the tech asked me if I wanted my filter replaced and I said yes assuming it was included in the oil change. Mind you he never informed that I’d be charged $35 for it. So I was shocked when I got my bill and I was charged $100 for an oil change and filter. Any good auto shop will charge you roughly $30-$40 for an oil change which includes changing your filter and what not. Highly don’t recommend going here at all.

I’d give this place zero stars if I could. I usually give places the benefit of the doubt but this was awful. I pulled in and sat in my car in the garage for 30 minutes. There was one car in the bay next to mine. There were 2 guys were working on that car while 2 other guys walked around and kept messing with the computer. No one said sorry for the wait or even bothered to ask me anything related to my car. After 30 minutes they finally came over to my car. I showed them my coupon for $25 off and they then told me they weren’t taking coupons. When I asked why they let me just sit there for 30 minutes without talking to me or telling me they weren’t taking coupons they gave me no response other than “well you had a valvoline sticker so I wasn’t sure” what does that even mean?. 4 guys were working there. Only 2 were working on a car and there was zero communication or customer service. Absolutely terrible.
