The guys are always super friendly and make the whole process quick and easy! I’m usually out of there in about 5-10 minutes, and the free bottle of water is a nice bonus. They also seem to have coupons available all the time. Highly recommend!

Very happy with my service today, quick and easy experience. One of the attendants also offered me a cold water bottle for my kid in the car (because it's like 85°), that's the kind of customer service you can't teach!

Take 5 is so convenient, I don't know how anyone manages to get oil changes anymore at places that require an appointment. I also had a top off needed and was in and out very quickly. The folks are always kind and appreciated their service.

I stopped in for an oil change on my way home from work, and I was seriously impressed. As soon as I pulled up, I was helped immediately. One of the technicians greeted me with a bottle of water and got right to work. He offered me three different oil options, explained the benefits of each, and made the process easy to understand. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable and super friendly. Great job Take 5, I would definitely recommend.

I’m at Brookfield NOW, I guess the 3rd time is the charm… Thank you to Rey for providing good service after too frustrating attempts at the Wauwatosa location that closed at 5:45 PM when advertised open till 8 PM and the 76 inch Location, where the service was good, but the compressors were broke. Single woman with kid in the car, and the oil check light pops on shouldn’t be this hard to get the oil changed, but I’m appreciative for running into some good service at the end of a frustrating day.

I was told that my car doesn’t take the first two options. Apparently my car doesn’t take synthetic oil?? Lies. When I looked at my previous receipts, I was able to do the synthetic oil blend at the other Take 5s.I should’ve just driven off on the spot. Don’t waste your money here.

They didn't put my drain plug back correctly on my vehicle causing a leak. When I returned that week to ask why the car was suddenly leaking the tech acted like it had happened a lot lately. They checked the oil level and told me it was fine because the dipstick still indicated full. Nope! Car kept leaking until I took it elsewhere.

I went to take 5 in Brookfield and Got a oil change 82.99 and my car get to smoking soon I leave there and I come outside my home nothing but oil is all over the ground so I drove it as is to My mechanic at mid city auto and he said no oil filter was never taken off the car and it looks like they tried to take off the filter but couldn’t get it off so he don’t believe they didn’t even take off the oil filter or change the oil my car is knocking with no oil the manger Jake is rude and no help at all my car is damaged and these people not helping me if you looking to get an oil change do NOT COME TO THIS TAKE 5 they will mess your car up
