Great experience getting my oil change done. Miri and Mike were both excellent ,professional, friendly, and efficient. Everything was explained clearly and the service was smooth. I really appreciated how well they took care of everything. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Ever since these guys fixed my air conditioner when no one else could (I have a Prius, so it was particularly complicated), they have been my go-to place for pretty much everything. They are always super friendly and helpful and take good care of me, and the waiting room is comfortable and quiet, plus they are generally very quick. I highly recommend!

The customer service is impeccable very professional and the service is guaranteed. Baseline (formerly Alpha Auto) on 8 mile was servicing my vehicle but had to constantly take my truck back for the same issues. TCC Quick Line got me Tiger in just a few hours. Take you vehicle to then and stay away from Baseline (formerly Alpha Auto) they will bleed you dry

Took my Corvette in for an oil change and I received my car back cleaner than I brought it, they covered my floor mats, wiped off finger prints, changed my oil and filter, showed me the Mobil was was authentic and cracked the cap open in front of me. Excellent service and a very friendly environment! Highly recommended!

Came for an oil change a month ago and they completely messed up the filter change. They threw out a vital piece of the oil filter housing and just put the new filter in by itself so it just bounced around unconstrained. Wasn't filtering my oil or providing enough oil pressure and causing a bunch of problems for my car for a week. My mechanic diagnosed it through the check engine light that came on and said it was something severe enough that I should demand money back for/maybe money for maintenance to guarantee my car could function as well as before in the future. But I don't have anyway to prove they messed it up, so my zero-performance-issues car now still has symptoms and drives like shit while I waste money to buy parts to fix it and get it inspected. Even tipped them. Horrible place and employees, never come here if your car has any value and you care about how it drives as opposed to it just being functional. They probably took the part and sold it or something, clearly deliberate to take something out and not put it back/close the engine and housing back up the way you found it. That, or just drastic incompetence, either way, avoid at all costs. Place has gone to shit, charge $35 now (brought my own oil and filter) and will possibly ruin your car.

I got an oil change two weeks ago after a week my car started driving funny...i took it to get it looked at by my mechanic and he shared there wasn't any oil in my car...I asked him to check for any leaks he poured the oil in and there wasn't' any leaks...this place simply just scammed me. When i took my car back to them the young man there argued me down and was extremely rude. I would never take my car back here to get serviced, I never experienced such a poor service. If you're a women do not go here they will scam you and get an attitude when they're caught. I will be taking this further and reporting to the better business bureau.
