Brought in my car with the necessary part because I needed something done that was a bit out of my abilities; they had it fixed within 2 hours and the price was about half of what I was expecting, which is amazing

Terry was super helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to talk to me and diagnose my vehicle with his knowledge and he uses computer as well and was just very friendly and outgoing. He didn't even charge me for the amount of time that he took just to talk to me and that goes a long way with me when it comes to mechanic shops. Honesty man. I will keep him in mind for future jobs

These guys are awesome. All of them! They work fast, go the extra mile to check and fix little things, but never try to upsell you on further services. They are also very friendly and approachable. No wonder they have fantastic reviews. Very appreciative for Mr. Terry! I found my forever mechanic shop.

I was stranded in Norman when my vehicle stopped running Terry’s automotive was able to see my vehicle same day and had my vehicle running the same day. Sometimes you could be scary when your vehicle breaks down and you don’t know what the cost is going to be. The pricing was super affordable for a water pump and labor. They were super nice and showed me everything they did. I definitely will be back in the future when needed!

Terry's has worked on the daughters car a few times with no problem. I stopped in for an A/C charge. I was in and out quickly. He made sure I didn't have any leaks so i wouldn't be back in a couple days. Rates are competitive with others in the area and may even be a little cheaper. Great place, will recommend!!

Took my 2018 Buick Encore in to get a coolant leak fixed. First repair was the water pump and they done an oil change for free which was nice. But my oil was milky and they didn’t say anything, which means there was coolant in the system. And I tell them my coolant is still leaking so they finally get the head gasket fixed. Well coolant was still leaking after that, so I fixed it all myself since they couldn’t fix it the first couple times. First was a coolant hose had a crack in it, second that brand new water pump they installed the bolts wasn’t tight at all and that’s where the coolant was leaking through and there was missing bolts, also the water pump gasket looked non existent. So first repair paid $800 for nothing…

I thought he could be trusted since my daughter uses him. I needed my AC repaired. I paid $500 for the part and he put it in for $1200 that was 3 months ago. It started making a terrible noise and finally it quit working. The part not under warranty because it needed two more parts which he and OReilly did not mention to me. He said I could get the parts and he can do it for another $1200. I thought I was saving money because the other place would do it for $2200! I should have done it there because they were more reliable. I will never take it to this garage again. All I want is a mechanic i can trust. I’m so tired of being conned. I’m a 75 year old grandmother raising 4 grandkids and I need a reliable vehicle for them. I need someone I could trust.
