My car had all lights on seeming as if there was an issue. I got it towed to Tim’s and they looked at it the next day. They had said they found no problems with it which I found odd however they showed me the paperwork and everything checked out fine. They did not charge me the fee of looking at it due to nothing being wrong that they could fine. Extremely nice guys and honest, they could have easily taken me for a ride but they held to honesty and truth! Thank you and I know I found a shop I will take my car too that is fair and has great customer service!

I brought my truck in with electrical problems. Mike went above and beyond finding the issue and was super honest when they could have gauged me for a new computer. Turned out to be a rodent chewed wire. I will be bringing all of our work here and strongly recommend!

We have been bringing our vehicles to Tim's ever since we moved to Idaho. Oil changes and had brakes done also. They are great guys and I trust them. I appreciate that the oil changes are done in about an hour and then I am on my merry way.

Took our vehicle in to be evaluated after a local tire stored screwed up our AC system. Jeff was awesome to work with, got us in quickly and gave me a full run down of what the problem is. Very happy with with his professionalism, service and just honest decency. Highly recommend.

Every time I took my car here, I got it back in worse shape than when it went in. I spent thousands of dollars and multiple trips to continually fix multiple new issues. They replaced my struts, but tore the CV axle boots. Replaced the CV axle assembly and my car shook when I accelerated. Not to mention my steering wheel was crooked, while being told "we didn't touch anything that would affect your steering wheel." And in all of that work, major repairs were missed, even for parts that had to be taken on and off again, like the engine mounts (my next shop said they were 10/10 bad). I'm mostly embarrassed that it took me as long as it did to realize they were doing shoddy work.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANY ONE! My grandfather took his beloved truck here to get a new motor put in they put a new motor in and the truck ran like crap. Then the truck developed a lifter tick, so my grandpa calls them to have it looked at. Keep in mind this is a brand new motor they put in, so they look at it and tell him they are going to change his oil and i think they put an additive in? He then gets the truck back and the tick hasnt gone away, they also charged him for the oil change but the motor is supposed to be under warranty!! My grandpa has paid right around 14k to this shop for the new motor and other parts that need repaired. This really sucks as the truck is very sentimental to him. BEWARE OF THIS AUTO SHOP.
