Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I've been coming to this Valvoline for years and they've always been great. The team is friendly, professional, and efficient, and I never have to wait long. I especially appreciate that they actually show me my filters and are honest about whether they need to be replaced instead of trying to sell me something I don't need. Great service every time!

The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. The experience was very comfortable. They answered all my questions. The staff was were easy to talk to and made me feel welcome. I honestly enjoyed the visit and look forward to coming back for my vehicles maintenance.

We got our oil changed at Valvoline on Capitol Drive in Pewaukee, Wisconsin and they were lovely! Adam, Scott, and Ryder who worked on our car were super friendly, answered all our questions, didn’t upsell us on any maintenance, and were super friendly. Would recommend to people in the area!

Ray, the lead technician, was extremely professional and friendly. He clearly explained everything that needed to be done and took the time to listen to my concerns. He is awesome and absolutely deserves recognition for his professionalism and knowledge. It’s hard to find people like him.

I havent been to this location in awhile as I moved out of the area. But in looking for a new place this location came up and had a LOT of positive reviews on Google so since I would be in the area I would stop in. And i was not disappointed. Logan and his team were fast and efficient, not to mention funny as we exchanged in some laughs with them as they worked. They did a great job, explaining everything along the way. I will definitely be back!

Friendly, fast, attentive to the details. They were aware of the amount of time I'd waited. I knew I'd gone at a busy time, but they really seemed to want to make sure I knew how much they appreciated me waiting. They found a couple things that I wouldn't have noticed and fixed them for me.

Love the generic diverse pictures for this location. Corporate may need a reality check. The real people who work there are great. This location is one of the few quick lubes I would trust with my car. The manager is very young but runs a tight ship.

Ray (manager) and Adam did my oil change for me. They were very kind and helpful with the types of service and recommendations. No one was pushy about the sales and service, they made me feel comfortable and not feel like I have to purchase anything. Ray the manager I was talking to mostly was knowledgeable and answered my questions appropriately. Adam was also notifying us with what he was doing and greeted us. Would recommend this shop!

Adam, Jayden & Gavin made my oil change a breeze! Top notch customer service and knowledgeable. Respectful and observant. Can tell they enjoy their customers, their team, and their work! Treated me like a queen. Will be back every time!
