Velasquez Complete Auto Care

I went to the Velasquez Off 76th and Hampton and was not pleased witg the service they offer and the appointment times that was giving. I went there and ask the lady to call me when the welding machines was coming in and she never called and so i went up there and she said ill have to schedule for the next day to get my car looked at. I left and went to the Velasquez on 58th and Cap and they got me in and out with the service i needed. I had to get a new flex pipe put on. He did it in 30mins and got it sounding back right. They definitely are worth going to and worth the time and money. Never will i mess with the one on Hampton they are very disappointing and care less about the service you ask about. So satisfied wit the service i got from these guys.

Why can't I find a decent number to get in contact with this shop? I don't want too just show up and waste my time, somebody please help if you know the number 😫

I brought my husbands truck to be serviced and I received good customer service. But I'm here now after online and the hours on the door state they open at 8am. I've waited over and hour and still no one is here! There is a sign on the door saying they're closed but no info as to when they'll reopen. Came on Saturday as well and they're supposed to close at 3 but at noon they were closed. Needs better communication with paying customers! Made me miss class!

Overpriced really poor customer service takes a long time and does not do great work. Had to take my vehicle back back-and-forth several months.
