West Street Service Center

My family and I have used West Street Auto for many year's now and they have always went above and beyond when it came to all our cars needed services. Their knowledge as far as vehicles go is immeasurable. When it comes to vehicle services we shall always use West Street Garage. A big thank you to all of you for taking excellent care of our cars.

I recently brought my 91 Corvette into West Street which was had a problem with Shifter. They were amazingly able to track down the part and even stayed late to fix. Amazing people. Amazing service and a great price. I would recommend them every single time

West Street is always quick to get me in. The ladies up front are very polite. Great prices great people great experience. They installed my leveling kit, wheels & tires, alignment, fender flares, side steps. Will always go to West Street.

I’ve been going to West st. For 20 years and never been disappointed with their service. Last week I needed a complete brake job and it took less than four hours. And the cost was less than the quoted price. If you need to get your car repaired start with West street service.

Brought my VW in for a coolant leak. Dropped it off the night before and they were able to give me a quote before noon the next day and got right to work. Ended up having to get my thermostat replaced and they finished it in a timely manner while also looking for ways to help me save a couple extra bucks on what was a hefty bill. The front desk service was very polite and helpful with answering any questions. Will definitely come back for future services.

Best shop in town. Honest, pays attention to detail, friendly, knowledgeable, and convenient. Nothing I could say negative about this place. That’s huge coming from me. Trust!

What I posted on the Gardner Ma. Facebok page: I know people are always looking for an honest, reasonably priced, garage that does quality work. West Street did some work for me and it was timely, done right, and they were very fair on the price. They did just what was needed - no more and no less. If you need car repairs or maintenance, I highly recommend them.

I unfortunately suffered a flat tire this morning and Steve was extremely helpful. He not only fixed my tire but towed me to the nearest gas station so he could get my tire air. It was very appreciative and it made my morning much better. Excellent service!

Excellent "Full" Service Experience!!! My vehicle completely broke down and needed a tow. I have AAA, and I called toward the end of day for a tow. The tow dispatcher was extremely helpful in telling me what information I needed to provide to AAA and met me at West Street Service Center to minimize my travel/wait time for the tow. The next day they diagnosed and ordered the parts needed for repair, and the following day before noon my car was fixed. To everyone at West Street Service Center, thanks for the Fast turnaround and Great service! :-)

I've have been using West Street Service for about 5 years now they are great. The staff in the office is always friendly. I usually talk with Sophia and she is always pleasant to speak with. They almost always have my car done within a day, if not because they have to wait for parts its always reschedule in a timely manner. Would recommend 100%.
