A friend and i were in windsor for an event, when a gentleman drove up next to us and said we had a flat tire. We found this shop right down the road and stopped to see if they could check it out for us. Even though they were really busy, they checked the tire and told us it was no good ,had a nail in it. He showed us. They quickly asked other shops to find a replacement for us. 15 minutes later it was replaced and we were on our way. The price they charged was very good. Thank you so much for the great service. The staff made sure we were comfy in reception while we waited. Everyone very helpful and pleasant. Definitely recommend this great shop

Great service from start to finish. Sami was honest, professional, and clearly knows his work. He took the time to explain everything, got the job done quickly, and made the whole experience stress-free. Fair pricing, quality work, and great customer service. My car is running great now. Highly recommend this shop and ask for him if you can.

I've been going to World Auto for probably 8 years with both of my vehicles. George always takes good care of me and my vehicles and I'm fortunate to have them close by.. He even helps me with small things like wipers occasionally at no charge, and goes out of his way to help. Thank you George.

Good service, fair price, friendly. I observed that both George and Sami are not greedy. Money is not the end of the world for them. Rather, they are very helpful and caring. Even though Sami spent reasonable time on an old man's tire for finding a leak at the end, there was nothing wrong with it he did not charge a penny. Helped a lady with a car remote put in a new battery with no charge. Checked a car for lady complaining noise from tire, lifted car on the hoist and found loose cover for the muffler George fixed it. Again, there was no charge. Three instances of kindness and care were within 2 hours while I was there. No wonder why people keep going to them for all kind of repairs. Not just the good competitive price, it's the good heart ♥️ behind the business. Installed new rotor and pads for me at a reasonable price.

Such a bad experience had with the dealer sale me a car which damaged in 10 days gave me fake safety it’s totally wastage of money haven’t help me with anything when i went to him said there’s no guarantee on car

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO NOT GO TO THESE SCAMMERS!!!! I went for a car inspection, they charged the highest price possible for an inspection and made me pay for repairs that my car didn't even need saying we wont clear the inspection otherwise,, and than overcharged for those repairs again. The guy tells me before repairs that he will see what he can do regarding the bill than forwards me to this rude man that raises his tone while talking to me and didn’t bring the bill down by a SINGLE DOLLAR. Says he did me a favour by providing me an inspection during their closing hour even though i called hours before and the person i spoke to offered me an appointment himself. I paid $560 for something that was gonna cost $150 somewhere else. LIARS and SCAMMERS!! 3 cars in my household needed car inspection coz we moved from another province and by scamming me these crooks lost our business.

I would like to share my 2 experiences i had with the brothers running this business. 1st) Had a coolant pump changed and replaced last year with these guys. Drove the car home to find out that the mechanic did not clip in the hose to the pump and had my coolant spraying everywhere inside the hood of my car and on the ground. I gave them the benefit of the doubt with them possibly not checking to see if they clipped in the hose properly upon completing the job. 2nd) Myself and the mechanic agreed on a price for spark plugs to be changed and coil. Upon returning from the bank not even 11 minutes later. The mechanic notified me that the price increased and extra 120$ and that the car was already done. Never recived a reciept for paying in cash, only reciept given was the difference that HAD to be paid due to the price increase suddly. In addition, the mechanic left the bad spark plug INSIDE my hood where it could of possibly damaged the belt or anything else inside. I am deeply dissapointed by the silly mistakes that COULD of been avoided if the job was done properly. In addition, i only went to these guys cause i knew realtives and friends that knew these guys in person and had work done for them before so i thought that i could trust them. Also, i had a second mechanic double check the work they did to tell me the same thing i expected. With these 2 encounters with them i am very dissapointed. Avoid this place at all costs. A proper true mechanic will have good communication with the customer, deliever whats promised and the work done will reflect from it.

The most horrible experience. I was referred by a neighbour and when I went there , I waited for about 10 minutes. Everyone saw me and kept doing their things like I was invisible. When I was about to leave another guy who pull up came and asked me what I needed. I needed to replace my battery, a little spring that broke under the hood and unstuck my seat belt. The job didn’t take 30 minutes. Tell me why the bill was $429 dollars. They slaughtered me and even my neighbour was shocked. I WILL NEVER STEP A FOOT THERE!
