These guys are so great! Super friendly and personal. Helped me diagnose an issue with my radiator, really took the time to look it over with me and wanted what’s best for my car without being pushy at all. Super transparent about everything through the whole process. Even vacuumed and washed my car while they were at it! Definitely my local go-to for car needs moving forward. Hard to find a place as caring as they are!

This shop is 1000/10 they are the best. Samuel is the best, he really took his time to explain to me what was wrong with my car, he was very understanding and informative. They take pictures and videos of any issues that the car has and the warranty is one of the best. I love this shop.

Had brakes done on my x5 and the shop that replaced them couldn’t get codes reset. Called Xavier’s shop, 5 mins before they closed. He got me in and took care of the issue with a smile at that. Very helpful in my time of need and did what I needed done without complaint due to them closing. I recommend everyone come here for their car needs

Yea. Wow. First impressions hit hard sometimes in un-expected positive ways. The people here will catch the details that others overlook. I thought that my last inspection had been good until X's team examined my car. 10/10 because 5 stars doesn't cut it. They saved me a ton of problems by bringing things to my attention with proper live communication & a comprehensive image over view. Higher than normal & very much of a Intelligent service at this place.

I'm super thankful to have found this shop. My VW had a terrible coolant leak and of course most garages in Philly refused to help, but not Xavier's! The team here is phenomenal and very upfront. They provide in detail progress reports and get things done in a timely manner. My car was fully repaired a day earlier than expected and the team wanted nothing but the best for me and my car. I highly highly recommend going to this shop!

Sam very easy going informative.Walk me through every step of the process included me.And every step of the process, no surprises, I will definitely be coming back here whenever I need any work done. They were super nice, really want what’s best for you and your vehicle and don’t try to get over on you at all. I love the aesthetics of the place, and the stand out art pieces are nice. They do have a waiting room, complimentary water, coffee station, and a bathroom for guests. They helped me figure out the electrical issues my car was having. I usually have a good experience with this shop, but this time was awful. I took my car in and, to make a long story short, I declined the work because it’s something I can and have done before. I still paid nearly $300 for the diagnostic, which is steep but fine. After getting the car back, they had kept my wheel lock probably just an oversight, no big deal. I got it back, went to take off the tire, and found the lugs were overtightened. I know an air gun can make lugs tight, but this felt intentional, like an angry child who didn't get their way, with the I'll show you kind of tight. With that, I'll be apprehensive going back to them again.
