Great Experience! The written tests were properly monitored and I specifically recall the instructors who taught me lane switching and u-turns! Washington's lower auto insurance rates are on you guys!

Learning to drive as an adult with the help of 911 driving school has been great! Teachers give valuable advice and their extensive knowledge has imbued me with the necessary confidence and skills I need behind the wheel. Their schedule flexibility allowed me to fit classes around my work schedule and to complete my training accordingly to my availability! Thank you all!!!

I went in to ask about classes for my daughter, and Melissa was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel so welcome. Even though she was busy multitasking, she still took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything clearly. She was kind, patient, and very informative. I really appreciated how helpful she was. It made the whole experience so easy and pleasant.

Excellent place for knowledge test, driving practice and giving driving test. Everyone here are helpful and friendly. I would like to thanks Jordan Moniz with whom I took my driving lesson and I must say he is really good. He explained everything very calmly, did not rush with anything. Explain all the rules very clearly and properly. Also I took my driving test with Michael Greene, he was very calm and clear with his instructions during test.

I would like to take a moment on my driving lesson and test! I was so glad that i chose this location! Wonderful staff, clean maintenance, well receiving! Oleksii was my instructor and he was such a wonderful person with great teaching skills! An instructor should be always have patience in teaching, he has this qualities in him! Glad to be his student!! I cleared my test yesterday and all thanks to my instructor Oleksii!! THANK YOU, once again!

Driving was always intimidating for me since I had never driven before. Mike at 911 Driving School was an exceptional and very experienced instructor. His calm, patient, and encouraging approach helped me become a confident and responsible driver. Later, I enrolled my son in the teen driving course at the same school. His instructor, Jason Steele, was also great—supportive and knowledgeable. While Mike was more experienced, both instructors had a positive impact on our learning. My son recently earned his license and still practices the safe habits he was taught. I also want to mention Melissa at the center—she was incredibly kind and responsible. She clearly explained the rules for the written test and answered all my questions with patience and a warm smile, which made the process so much easier. I truly appreciate the time and care all the staff gave us. 911 Driving School has been a great experience for our family, and I highly recommend it!

Excellent place, professional, courteous, helpful... Clean and interestingly appropriate decorations. Happy people are happy to help customers! Melissa and Andrew were great! On a higher level, the WA system on driver's licensing and vehicle registration seems far more efficient than OR and especially CA systems. I think it's the privatization that puts accountability and profitability into focus!

Absolutely great experience. I came from Seattle to take the road test. No matter the staff and road conditions, definitely far better than those in Seattle. Yeah, the one near UW. Around 50th St. I must mention, The instructor from Redmond office, Alex is extremely helpful. He went over the specific items I need to notice before I went on the road. Though I passed the test, he still let me keep in mind those behaviors which need to be improved. Very responsible and keep students accountable. He also let me drive with confidence at the first attempt. No hesitation and just follow the state traffic laws. I am so glad he is my instructor. I learned a lot from him. Thanks for being so awesome. I really appreciate. Also, to be honest , price to take any tests here is much cheaper than those in Seattle. 😏And easy to be accessed by public transportation. Even includes the commute cost, still cheaper. Service is the first priority. And this is absolutely FANTASTIC. Gradually know from my own experience why those big tech companies are leaving Seattle. During the pandemic, the Redmond office does a really good job on social distancing and disinfect those pens and boards after students used. Strongly recommend Alex!👍😎 Had a very good time with Redmond. Will be back. We are not that far, aren’t we?

Don't waste your time, go somewhere else. They have an excessive amount of students that are behind which makes it impossible for new registered kids to book driving classes when taking the course. Even thought the course is a month long, it will take a new student 4 to 5 months to be completely be done with the course due to not having enough driving instructors. And If your kid does not finish within 4 months, they charge you a $150 fee on top of what you already paid.
