Tiffany, the manager up front, was fabulous to work with. She communicated extremely efficiently and kept me in the loop the entire time our truck was in their shop. The technicians Bryan, Jonathan and Andrew (yes I asked who worked on the truck!) did a wonderful job. Earl was the nice gentleman that pulled our truck around when it was time to pick up. Huge shout out to the whole AAMCO crew and their dedication to their customers. 10/10 would and do recommend

Quality work and trustworthy mechanics, I've come here multiple times and always left with zero complications, the speed of service is also way faster than expected. They're communicative and always update me on anything to make sure I can understand and make the best decisions for my vehicle.

Natalie, the receptionist was especially gracious, knowledgeable and informative. After weighing my options based on the diagnostic report and estimated cost I decided to donate my car to Vehicles for Veterans. The management was very accomodating with the vehicle pick up arrangement. Everyone I met was patient and kind. All details were well explained. GREAT customer service. The diagnostic was free. I would definitely recommend them.

I certainly read reviews but I tend to never leave them unless they are well deserved. This shop hooked me up with a great towing company to get my Jeep to their shop. Kept me updated on what exactly was wrong and what needed to be fixed. Awesome customer service! The job was done quickly and they were able to leave my keys in a lockbox so I could pick it up after hours, which was EXTREMELY helpful. Hard to find a reliable, upfront mechanic these days. I’m thrilled I found a shop I can trust to properly and honestly take care of my Jeep! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Ask for Tiffany.

Our rebuilt transmission failed in North Carolina, in our camper bus traveling down from Connecticut to Florida. Since the transmission was still under warranty we immediately went to the closest AAMCO, which was the one in Rocky Mount. They were absolutely no help and gave us the run around. They then brought our camper to the AAMCO in Raleigh saying he was better equipped to accommodate our bigger vehicle.. the shop Raleigh couldn’t help us either. After not having a vehicle for 3 weeks the corporate office hooked us up with the Garner AAMCO. They were very kind and extremely helpful. Tiffany was there to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. They got us a new transmission and had us finally back on the road in no time. If you’re in the Raleigh/NC area I highly recommend this shop over the others. They were the only shop that finally helped us. Thank you so much again to the Garner AAMCO!!!!!!!

ASAP ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE LLC was recommended to AAMCO TRANSMISSIONS with Tiffany Durand being the first & only needed point of contact needed and she literally took the Bull by its Horns! This warranty company was not trying to pay out (you all know how they could be)! In about a week she got my 2012 Ford Cargo Van E-series back in my with warranty covering their covering my part with a 3yr warranty unlimited miles transmission! It was worth every dollar after seeing this kind of Warranty! Highly recommended! And a shout out to Joel manager from PepBoys down the street In Garner that highly recommended Tiffany & AAMCO TRANSMISSIONS! Thank you all!

I took my car to AAMCO Garner for the State inspection due this month. When I called that morning, Donna answered pleasantly, and scheduled an appointment for me. What a pleasure to be greeted by Mo, who said he will be the inspector for my car today. They were dressed nicely, the office was clean and comfortable. Overall, the customer service was an exceptionally positive experience. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience with Tiffany! She kept me fully informed throughout the entire process of diagnosing and repairing my vehicle. From start to finish, I always knew what was going on. The pricing was also very fair—much more reasonable than what I’d been quoted at the Ford dealership. Plus, they offered a free diagnostic test, which the Ford dealership wanted to charge me $250 for! As a disabled military veteran, I really appreciated the extra care and respect they showed me, including a military discount. Highly recommend this place!

I was calling around Garner for an estimate to fix my car and AAMCO was the first to give me a call and offer me a free inspection on my car. Tiffany and the other employees were so professional and helpful in getting my car fixed. I only work down the road and had dropped off my vehicle. Tiffany offered to take me down the road to my work place, and gave me a call later telling me a price and they can have it done before I leave work that day. The price was perfect for what I needed done. Very kind and generous people. Highly recommend
