I shopped around for a very long time looking for any mechanic who was willing to even look at my JDM van, let alone work on it. I needed a new engine and this place was happy to take on the work. If they weren't able to take on this job, I likely would have had to go out of state (or even to Vancouver BC) to find someone to work on it. It was a long process, but they were able to replace the engine and I haven't had any engine trouble since. Thanks to Moe for doing a great job and being very communicative during the process!

Bought a car from carvana(do not recommend) and within 2 months had issues. Came here and they are great! Walked me through everything and explained it to me as if I were 5 and I appreciated it. Needed an entire new transmission and got it done quick. My bronco runs better and i can tell they put effort and time into her but she still has issues. So she may be back in with them soon but at this time I trust them and I have trust issues so that says something! Check them out if you need car work! They even removed the dead bird i hit 🤣🤣 i appreciate them!

Bought a car off Carvana and it needed warranty service. Arnel was very helpful and had great communication! They were able to complete the repair quickly and had great communication through the process. Phone calls and text messages to keep me updated. Would highly recommend!

I just want to say how impressed I am with the work you all did on my car. It honestly runs like it’s brand new again, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. You can really tell the level of care and professionalism that went into everything. I also really appreciate how helpful and understanding the team is when it comes to payment options. They’re willing to work with you on a payment plan so you can get back on the road without added stress, which makes a huge difference. If you’re looking for a shop that does excellent work and genuinely cares about their customers, I highly recommend them. They’ll get you back behind the wheel feeling confident.

I recently had my transmission replaced at AAMCO and I couldn't be happier with the service. From the start, they were incredibly professional and respectful, taking the time to explain the entire process to me. The installation was done efficiently, and my car is running great again! I highly recommend AAMCO to anyone in need of car repairs. Their expertise and customer service are top-notch.

I took my truck here to get a new fuel pump installed while on vacation and they had it done and ready for me to pick up the day I got back. They were very communicative and even saved me a couple bucks. They did mess up the bumper on my truck while it was there on accident and called me first thing and told me what happened and I told them just to repaint it and they told me no that they would buy me an entire new bumper. They didn't need to do that but they went above and beyond the scope of work and paid for the entire bumper and paid for it to get painted. I will definitely be going next here

I took my car to AAMCO the other day 'cause my transmission was messing up bad—shifting funny and making all these weird sounds. I had no idea what the problem was. The guys there were awesome right away. They listened to what I said was wrong, checked it out good, and told me straight up what was going on. No trying to sell me extra stuff. They found the exact problem, turned out to be a solenoid, and got it fixed super fast And the bill was a lot less than I thought it'd be! They were honest and didn't rip me off. I highly recommend them.

Just moved here from Florida and needed a reputable place that wouldn’t break the bank. These guys went above and beyond for me. Nate at the front desk answered my phone call during a holiday weekend while he was at the shop doing paperwork. He got me scheduled for an appointment right away. Not only that, but while the dealership was gonna charge me $200 just to look at my car, these guys checked it out for free. And when they realized it was just a loose cable, they fixed it and sent me on my way free of charge. You can’t ask for better service or a more honest shop. So glad to have found our go-to mechanic in Everett. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

They are truly an honest shop. I felt not pressured and appreciated I was there. I will bring it back to get the work it needs to get done. The quotes were not that extreme as well. Thank you guys for all you do to keep our community on the road.

This "fly-by-night" business owner, Moe, is rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. I took my car there because I needed an oil change and was hearing a noise coming from the front of my car. Moe ended up replacing a part that was not the source of the noise. I suspect due to incompetence, he was unable to locate the noise, and instead of being honest and letting me know this, he proceeded to work on the car and replaced parts I did not need. Additionally, I did not receive the oil change that I paid for. Other Google reviews complained about this same problem. From what I heard, he gets his friends to write positive Google reviews, so this explains the 4.6 rating. His bonus is contingent on the positive reviews he receives. Please do not fall for this. His Google review rate is more like 2.6. If you don't believe, take a look at Yelp! Please stay away from this place. You will certainly regret it, just as I did. If you have any issues with this location or Moe, please file a complaint with the Aamco corporate office. This guy, Moe, is only a franchise owner. He still has to follow Aamco guidelines. In addition, please file a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General's Office and the BBB. They will revoke his business license and require him to pay various fees. Complaining on here does not do anything. Take legal action!! EDIT: in respond to Moe. You put my financial business out on the internet. I am going to sue you. What do you mean you people? I don't look for deals; I can pay my bills. If you were doing so well, you would not have multiple businesses, which aren't making money.
