Kai is the man! He fixed a nagging mystery electrical/computer issue that had already been looked at by 2 other shops and the dealer. Nice to find a shop that actually listens and is honest. Will definitely be back.

The team at Brian's North End Automotive is outstanding. I had a sudden, unexpected problem with my car, and they said, "Get here, and we will take care of it." They got my vehicle up on the lift within a minute or two of arriving. And they were friendly and clear about everything. They took care of the problem, and I was back on the road. Highly recommend Brian's.

Looked for a mechanic that could be relied on coming into town. The owner answers the phone and tells you what he can and can’t do. Got new car registered quickly and on the road. Nice walk to the Lake if waiting.

Brian and his team are hands-down the most honest, helpful, and professional mechanics I've ever met! Last summer, I found myself in a really difficult situation with my car, and Brian took time out of his very busy day to explain things clearly and sort through my options. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely so kind when I needed it most. He helped make an awful situation feel manageable. This isn't a turn-and-burn auto shop, these are mechanics that truly care about their community. I would trust Brian and his team with my life... and I do! I know that any work done by his team is quality work. They are a true gem of Burlington (and beyond), we are all so lucky to have them here. If you're looking for a mechanic, look no further!

Check engine light came on on my way to Burlington :( stopped here even though they were slammed, they took a look and gave me the engine reading. Super kind and thorough and Brian walked me through the common issues and suggested I call my dealer to explore extended warranty. All that to say, mechanics are stressful to find in any new place and I felt so lucky to stumble on this place. Cheers!

Brian and his Tech's are top notch with a focus on the Customer and Quality with competitive pricing. I was traveling with a RV trailer and needed the oil pan replaced on my F150. Brian went out of his way to help me, even contacting the previous shop that made mistakes with poor quality when they installed the oil pan 5 months prior, which resulted in the previous shop covering my expenses to get this repaired properly by Brian. I am not from Vermont, but it was obvious Brian is well known in the Burlington community and trusted for consistent quality work at a fair price. Highly recommend Brian's North End.

Our daughter is in school in Burlington, and we've had to get her car serviced twice recently. Brian's has done an outstanding job both times. They've kept us updated throughout the service process and the fees were very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this business.

This place is the best. If you’re looking for the mythical honest mechanic, it exists and Brian’s is where it’s at. He’s repaired my shocks and other issues- you always know what it might cost, can trust what he tells you, and they are super friendly. If you are like me and have zero idea what makes your car break or how to fix it and are likely to get hosed at mechanics, know you can come here and you will never be taken advantage of.
