I had heard great things about this shop from coworkers and ended up breaking down right across from the shop due to a sensor failure (accelerator petal position sensor) and my car wouldnt accelerate. They were able to get me right in, walked me through the process every step of the way, gave great updates and fixed my car. I will definitely be taking my car back in for future issues.

I am very grateful and happy that I visited this place. They are honest, price reasonable and cheaper than the other place who quoted my car. Another shop that I visited told me that my car is so horribly rusty and I should send to either junk or trade in, rejecting working on it, while it is merely a common status in midwest. This mechanic here, on the contrary, they told me that it is in an ok condition and they worked on my car. Even did an after hour work to fix my car before the weekend. I am very grateful for finding this gem in Raleigh.

This was my second time patronizing C&C Auto Service returning to complete the list of repairs they had highlighted to get done. I loved the business process with this shop, they were very transparent and willing to offer some knowledge on the questions I had. I would absolutely recommend their business to my community.

I have needed a few maintenance tasks and one engine repair task. All completed well and timely. Shop offers transportation assistance which I did not need but that’s a nice option. Nice customer service overall. Always friendly and explain things. When I had to leave my vehicle for a few days I got regular text updates. I have been to this shop 3-4 times now in the past year (engine stuff, tire issue, inspection, maybe one other time, my car is 22 years old ha).

My car broke down on Western Blvd. on a Sunday afternoon and I was able to pull it into the Handy Hugo's parking lot where I started calling friends asking if they had any preferred mechanics in the area. As luck would have it, they recommended this shop which was two doors down and- better yet- down hill! I jumped the car and limped it in neutral to their back lot, left them a note on my windshield, and dropped my key off in their drop box with some info on what happened and what I thought the cause was. I called them the next morning to confirm my dropping it off and explain what happened, and they were able to get it up on a lift and diagnosed that morning. Repairs (new alternator, ac compressor, as well replacing some fluids and corresponding gaskets) took an additional day and I was able to pick it up on Wednesday morning. Tyler was super friendly and communicative through each step of the process, and walked me through all the shop's diagnostic work/recommended fixes over the phone throughout the process. Their system handles everything online, so you get an email/text with a link to a breakdown of what they found during the diagnosis stage with photos (examples attached) as well as the work they'd recommend and the urgency of said recommendations. Would definitely recommend this shop especially if you're a State student, it's hard to beat the convenience of location and quality of service.

Overall my HONEST as is review equal trade -exchange of service provided & market/others who have review, better then benchmark & better then I deserve from BERRY.if c&c and customers play their roles or reverse the role if they were in other side of counter,Wold of both is haven,liberating each other's.Artist&musician exeed beyond heaven.I recomand all customers do HONEST review w/o axaSerating or over expecting , do AUNTO others in market of 3c,cost, competition, customer is two way & everyone has role to play via self fixing or obsolete cust,or BUS...ness.don't over do,be reasonable person standerd for community.C and C customer &cost equal trade -exchange.4.7 almost A minus C&C grading.Nothing is ABSOLUTE.no customer nor business.customer is never wrong but owner is always right,reverse the role of X.just do the right thing.

The staff at C&C know cars AND they know how to talk to people who know nothing about cars - which is me. They are friendly, knowledgeable and NOT patronizing at all. I came in recently because the breaks felt off, in my recently purchased used car with 100K miles. C&C did a thorough check of my breaks, and other items. They explained the recommended repairs, and also explained that this was common based on the mileage. I would emphasize they explained it in words I could understand, and they took the time to make sure I fully understood. They also provided a website link with their inspection notes, including pictures. This also categorized the urgency of each recommended repair.

I truly appreciate the professionalism and quality of service that I have received at C&C Auto Service! They have treated my BMW with great care and expertise, and, they haven't tried to "upsell" me on any unnecessary services. Just straightfoward, high quality, quick and affordable care care. Everyone at C & C is awesome. My brother and I had a long road trip planned but needed our AC serviced. We weren’t about to drive 300 miles on I-40 in the middle of NC Summer with no AC so we drove over to C & C. They were incredibly accommodating and willing to help in any way they could. Ivan at the front desk was very communicative and willing to work with us on everything as was everyone! In the end they fast tracked our service so we could make our trip on time. Thanks to everyone at C & C, our trip was flawless. I will happily go back for everything my car needs.

Stopped here while in the area for an inspection. Convenient location. When I arrived the staff seemed professional and showed a willingness to assist. My car was immediately pulled into the service area. After that I waited for a while. A little over an hour. I’m use to a 20-30 minutes in and out. Several cars after me were finished way before mine (one having an inspection). No follow-ups during my wait. While I am appreciative of all the recommended maintenance services to keep my vehicle in good running conditions - the delivery of this report via email to me never happened. No estimates provided without me asking for the price of one specific part. The rep saying, oh very expensive….To me this tone came across as if a certain assumption was made on what’s affordable. The communication was very odd to me if I came in only for a vehicle inspection. Had the report arrived via email as promised this experience would’ve been much better on my end. Lacked the promised email. No real value to report here inspections cost the same everywhere. They did not did not send over said report. Based on my experience, C&C wouldn’t be at the top of my list for any of my vehicle repairs.
