Purchased a ECM/ PCM for my 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis LS this Summer. Mostly impressed by the integrity of the company. The ECM they had in stock was tested and apparently wasn't up to there specifications so they had to order one from their core. Programming and shipment took an additional week before shipping out but that was to be expected once I got through to their customer service department. Price was reasonable with free shipping. Lifetime Warranty is awesome!!! Only had one key for my vehicle so the purchase of a new ECM and $150 to have 2 new keys programmed by my locksmith was well worth the money. Vehicle runs like a champ!!!! Thxs again Car Computer Exchange.

It was a simple process; and everything worked fine. Watched YouTube for my particular car. I’m a 55 year old female with zero car knowledge, installing it myself. 👍. (I did have to remove the rubber gasket seal thing off my old computer, cutting it off, and place it on the new one before tightening it down). Thank you.

Product was great; worked perfectly and fixed the issues I was having in my old Jeep. Unfortunately, I live just minutes from the actual store, and had to wait several days for it to arrive through shipping channels, then mail back my exchange. Would've been infinitely easier to exchange in person and get back up & running.

I love this Company they are very good when it comes to Computer parts for you ride. I have an older Vehicle and could not find the parts any place and my Mechanic told me he dealt with these guys on a regular and how good they are when it comes to finding Certain Parts, I ordered it I received it in a very short period of time, but it took my Mechanic for ever to fix it, but once my car was fixed I have not!! as of yet! had any issues and this has been almost 2 years ago So I appreciate you guys Thank You And I will be seeing you soon.

The product is good and working as it should, no problems to report. However, the claim to not have received core I returned. I sent them tacking data showing they did in-fact received it back. Still no warranty confirmation. Actually, no communication back saying the problem has been resolved at all. But the unit works well, and I hope CCE will eventually acknowledge my core return and issue my warranty.

I only gave 2 stars because of the initial communication. Refund was given not the full refund. I only received $415 of a $619 service. I emailed 6 days ago about receiving my full refund as stated in the return policy. No response. They tried to show customer service in the beginning but it's no excuse for such a small company. Customer service should always be priority. They couldn't help with service because my computer was fried beyond damage. Which warrants for a full refund they didn't even need to do much to figure that out. I wish I had seen reviews before hand. I just wanted to save money but still had to go to Mercedes and buy my computer. On top of that, they still kept over $200 from my refund. I tried to be optimistic and hoped that the right thing would be done but it's clear that it's the complete opposite.

Send in ECM say it’s not repairable then upcharge to a refurbished unit. Unit never works send it back two separate times with same issue. “Package was then lost” FedEx says they never received it. When ever you talk with them they say I will get with the manager but the manager doesn’t exist. Will not refund my money and I have no ecm. Buyer beware go check BBB there you will find honest reviews that are accurate of this business.

DONT BUY !!!!!!! please read all the reviews on this company. If you can’t decide whether to order or not this company absolutely are 100% crooks the staff Brittany and Bobby are un knowledgeable about what to send out to their customers. I ordered a PCU over a month ago for my vehicle never received it canceled the order after two weeks of not receiving it and put in for a refund. Still haven’t received my refund over a month later I have tried vigorously to get into contact using their email calling the sales staff calling the parts department. Nobody can help me with my refund or escalate me to the owner or manager of this company they claim they don’t have a supervisor on duty or a corporate department. I don’t know who’s running this business, but take it from me in the hundreds of other people on these reviews do not order from this company.

Customer service sucks. Quality of product is awful 😖 the ecu sent is beat up and spray painted! The functionality of this product is not what is stated on their website. I 💯 would not recommend this company. The lack of shipping speed. The lack of customer service and they charge a programming and restocking fee. Dont be a dumbie like me and make this mistake.

I paid $768 for my ECM for my $2007 Ram to repair with a lifetime warranty. After the repair it left me stranded after only 8 miles. I sent the unit back and they sat on it and eventually got back and said it was unrepairable and then shipped it to the wrong address without even notifying me or sending a tracking number. I inquired about a refund and they said because it was over 60 days from when I placed the order they would not issue a refund. Do not make the same mistake I did trusting this business with their fake warranty claims!
