Chestnut auto has always provided excellent service to me.

They replaced my vehicle's water pump, pully, and both batteries in One day $1200.00 after it Sat at Dutch Miller for 3 months. I had it towed to Chestnut Auto and they were quick, friendly, average price and went above and beyond.

Chestnut Street auto is our preferred option for car maintenance and repairs.

This was my first time using this shop. I dropped my truck off late Friday afternoon. They called about 9:00 Monday with a diagnosis and explained the problem in layman's terms. I gave the go ahead and my vehicle was ready about 11:30. Reasonable price and they even showed me the defective parts. Would highly recommend.

I always took my cars to the dealership but they are overpriced & careless anymore. My daddy used to take his cars to this shop when I was younger so decided to give it a try. Dropped my Grnd Cherokee off at 7a sharp when they open, received a call at 930a detailing my est costs, & my baby was ready by 1045a! I got tires balanced, new rotors & brakes, an oil change, tires all match air pressure, topped off all fluids, and inspected belts for a reasonable price. I feel the difference driving and very satisfied! My interior of my car was also in the same condition as I left it. Thank you!!!

My car sprung a coolent leak because of a broken radiator drain plug about 3 blocks from this shop,l pulled on the lot the first time ever, and talked to the owner, he was really nice and helpful he got me the part I needed from napa and I fixed it myself. He spent time trying to help out even with having other customers, I really appreciate his help

I have taken my cars to Chestnut Street for years and have been very satisfied with the service. I have also recommended them to several friends, and they all had similar experiences.

First off, these guys are great! I didn't need to schedule an appointment, I came super early, and one of the owners, Richard, listened to everything I was worried about, replaced a cross threaded lug stud, swapped tires for me, balanced the tires and mounted them for me. He paid very good attention in making sure the lugnuts didn't get cross-threaded again, and while I waited for my car to be complete, I had a blast chatting with Kellie up front, thank you guys so much and keep up the great work!!!

Extremely disappointed with Chesnut Street Auto. I took my car in expecting a proper inspection, but I seriously doubt they even put it on the rack. The passenger side ball joint and control arm were dangerously loose, there’s absolutely no way a qualified mechanic could have missed that if they had actually looked. Either they didn’t bother, or they rushed through it without care. Either way, it makes me question their professionalism and attention to safety. I had Marty’s Tire check it out afterwards, and they immediately pointed out how loose it was—said it was very noticeable and should’ve never been overlooked. This makes me question whether Chesnut Street Auto actually did anything at all. I won’t be trusting them with my vehicle again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for honest or thorough work.
