SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service

Came in for an oil change and was informed of all the recent updates to the services at Jiffy Lube and was very pleased with the service and attention I received. I own two vehicles and I will be definitely be returning.

I actually got both vehicles an oil change back to back the other morning. A very short wait time for both and Kelly and her staff did an excellent job. Her team made me aware of any upcoming maintenance needs without any upsell pressure. And even saved me $$ with the oil change discount coupon they offered. I will be a repeat customer at SpeeDee and I highly recommend!

Fantastic service. I have been a few times and each time I have had fast friendly service. Vincent was very helpful and thorough. He talked me through everything and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

Meant to post this review sooner. Can’t say enough good things about this SpeeDee. They’ve always been super helpful and transparent about anything. There’s also been plenty of times when it’s been something that didn’t require too much time, and they let me go free of charge. The most recent checkup was my coolant being low. So they did a pressure check to make sure there weren’t any leaks. Nothing showed up as wrong. So they topped me off and sent me on my way. To just come back and see them when I needed to take care of something else a bit more involved. If you go up there and you see “Batman” in his Black jacket and Batman name tag, you’ll know you’re in good hands.

What a great experience! David treated me respectfully, professionally and kindly. Car maintenance can be intimidating when you have little knowledge, but David kept me informed through the process with no surprises. He and his team have earned my business for life. The location is very convenient for anyone on James Island, Folly Beach, or the West Ashley area. Pricing is fair. Oil changes, filters, brakes, and basic diagnostics are done carefully. The place truly lives up to its name in both speed and service quality.

SpeeDee Oil Change is one of the worst auto service located on Folly Road,Charleston, S.C. I brought my car their for an emergency due it was cutting off and barely made it at the car shop. They say the antifreeze was real low. So I got the antifreeze top off,oil change, and air filter replacement. I paid $141.32 for all this on 06/04/25 only to come back on 06/05/26 for experiencing the same issue. I really want a refund back becuz they told me to go Midas in West Ashley. I was like why the hell you made me spend money and couldn't fix the problems. Avoid at cost becuz they have no clue wha they doing with your car and hold on to all documents.

They rushed me through, as they were closing in 30 minutes. No one told me anything about my car. Just asked me to pay literally 8 minutes after I arrived. I asked if things were topped off as indicated by the service sheet they provided. But when I went home and looked, my wiper fluid was almost empty. I also asked them about my tire pressure and they told me they had calibrated it. However, they hadn’t because I knew one of my tires was over inflated. When I called them on that, they went ahead and fixed it. The mechanic I spoke with was condescending and irritated that I asked questions. I felt like he was talking to me as if I was a toddler.
