I had an incredible experience with SpeeDee! The customer service Rep was amazing she really explained everything about what's wrong with my car and gave great recommendations! The men in there garage were super helpful and nice as well. Everyone is so professional. There oil change didn't take anymore than 30 minutes! They will always have a customer in me ☺️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish! The staff was friendly, professional, and had my oil change completed quickly without making me feel rushed. They explained everything clearly, checked over my vehicle, and didn't pressure me into unnecessary services. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the pricing was fair. I really appreciated the honest, efficient service and will definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Highly recommend!

Fast, professional service and reasonable price. I was told of additional service that were needed but not pressured when I declined. Shonny in the waiting room was great to chat with and really helped me out getting my Groupon used.

Came in for an oil change and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and got everything done faster than I expected. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to pressure me into extra services. My car is running great and I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was my first time coming here, and I’ll admit I was a little skeptical about trying a new place for my car. But from start to finish, the entire staff—both in the office and in the garage—were outstanding. Their customer service was top-notch, they gave honest recommendations, and you could tell they genuinely cared about helping you save money. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back.

Unfortunately, I don’t remember the young man’s name who serviced my car, but he was very professional, super informative and answered any questions that I had. They changed my oil and air and cabin filter, as well as topped off any fluids needed. When I left the fan to my AC was making a funny noise, but it corrected itself. Even with my $15 coupon my total price was still pretty expensive but well worth it. They had me serviced pretty quickly and I waited no more than 30 minutes before my car was ready to go.

Shaunie checked me in. I explained the issue to her….I had taken my car to another place for an oil change and oil leaked in my garage. She gave the job to Bubba, who determined that the issue was a faulty gasket. He replaced it. They also checked my tire pressure and added air. I was in and out in no time, cost was very minimal. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great service and communication by Shaunie and Bubba.

So I had my oil changed up here and I later found clean oil leaking in a few different puddles. I took it back up they cleaned up everything fron the axle and frame rails cause engineers kinda suck, but I drove it over the weekend and bought it back up and they checked it again for free and they were all super cool about it and I gotta give a shout out to Mike for his willingness to just fix the issue. He explained it all quite well. The lady at the counter is such a sweetheart as well. I gave 5 🌟 cause the made it easy. Cheers to the whole crew. I'll be back for all my basic maintenance. Keep up the good work yall!

Shaunie and Mr Cody explained to me what the process was when they change my oil. I had another place change my oil last time and I wasn’t impressed with them. These guys and girls are the most excellent to work with. They will explain everything to you and they are very kind. That’s rare these days. I will always come here. Thx for being who you are. This is the best place in town to come to for your vehicle

First, it’s a great deal on a full synthetic oil change. With that being said, they’re speedy getting your oil changed but incredibly slow getting your paperwork processed. No way it should take 30 minutes to get you checked out and they’re running slow. Additionally, they left my windows open and when I brought up the fact my firearm was in the car, there was no urgency to correct this. I don’t know if the price is with the not-so-great customer service. Just do better if you want to retain customers.

Went for a brake inspection at 2:25 pm. The store was not too busy and I made roughly the 3rd or 4th customer at the time. I did not get my keys back until 4:53 pm. I waited over 2 hours for a brake inspection and that time frame doesn’t seem reasonable. Not only that but multiple customers came in AFTER me and left before me. After the first 30-40 minutes I walked outside for a phone call. I also spoke to a worker. When I asked if my vehicle had been started he said, “not yet”. It was moved on the side of the building. The next hour goes by, once again, MULTIPLE customers have now come and gone. These are customers I watched pull around to the back, come inside, be serviced, paid, and go about their day. What caused me to get my keys back was me hearing all the talking going on outside in the work area. You could hear everything from inside the store. I got up to walk outside, I see my car parked to the back. Workers chilling on the sides in different groups carrying on conversations. I walked back inside and ask the girl in the blue hoodie with fringy blonde hair, “can I get my keys?”. She says “oh I have to type up the report”. I know she could sense my irritation. She had been taking her time typing up the report and going back and forth outside. During the time I was there, you guys served maybe 8 people. I know it was less than 10 for sure. There’s no justifiable reason why a brake inspection took over 2 hours and I was the last customer in the store. I’ve come to this location for years! I’ve spent a ton of money here but I will never do it again. The customer service sucks and the overall experience with beyond dreadful.
