I just had both my wife and I’s cars serviced here and I now trust them to handle all of my repairs. My truck wasn’t a minor fix either. I took my F-150 in to replace the cam shaft phasers in the engine. This was a major repair on it’s own, but then a few weeks later something failed in the timing system and the whole engine needed to be replaced. Because the timing system was just worked on, the whole engine replacement was under warranty and I got a new engine for free. The part that makes Clayton’s Car Care shine is the fact that they chose to give me a new engine. Their insurance only required them to give me an engine with similar miles (~110,000), but they went above and beyond at their personal expense to give me an engine with 0 miles. For that reason alone, I am now a loyal Clayton’s Car Care enthusiast. It is so hard to find honest mechanics that treat you well, even when it’s inconvenient. Not only that, they are easy to get in touch with and transparent about their work. I always got my questions answered, and never felt in the dark. Thank you Clayton’s Car Care!

They got me in quickly, diagnosed the issue accurately, and explained everything clearly so I actually understood what was going on with my vehicle. What really stood out to me was how professional and honest they were throughout the entire process. The turnaround time was fast, the pricing was very reasonable, and there was no pressure or unnecessary upselling like you sometimes see at other places. You can tell they genuinely care about doing things the right way and helping their customers. As a female, I have had many experiences of car repair places try to take advantage of my gender, places trying to fix things that didn't need repairing, and adding unnecessary items to my bill. I am very aware of my car maintenance and repair needs. Clayton's is not one of those places. They treated me with respect. Although I was offended initially when they asked me, "what issues makes you think that you need "this or that," I realized later that they do so so that customers that are wrongfully told what their vehicle needs, are not wasting time omand money on something that they had been misinformed about. Hence, they are honest and has never failed me or my family members in doing a great job without padding the bill!

Dropped off my supercharged Tacoma on Monday for a non starting issue after a supercharger rebuild. They had my truck running the next day. They refunded part of my deposit. AWESOME service. Great people. Will 100% return.

Definitely worth the stars!!!!! Was having trouble finding a shop to replace my timing belt and tensioner pulley, 3 different shops all directed me to a dealer because “it’s to hard and not worth the money”🤔😣😂. My son was able to find them for me online, called them and they had me drop it right off. It was on a rack within an hour and an hour later I was given a diagnosis and a quote!!!!!👍. They called me at 10:30am the next morning and told me to come get it!!! Oh did I mention they also installed a tire and inspected it for $100 less than the quote was for❤️👊💯. Yeah, if you need it done I would strongly recommend contacting these folks for your car repairs. Thanks guys, you knocked it out of the park!!!!

If I could give zero stars i would. I took my 1990 K1500 Chevy pickup in for Transmission service, and firing order repair that I messed up. I replaced cap and rotor button and got the firing order messed up. I requested these items be repaired. They took it upon themselves to remove the whole distributor which is hooked to the oil pump and they didn’t hook it back up to the oil pump. They contacted me and asked if the oil gauge ever worked, which it did and always has. After them having it a week they finally got the distributor installed correct and in process broke a cannon line two fuel injector, and left my spark plug wires sitting on valve cover gasket to get hot an possibly melt. Very poor service and i paid them 675 dollars to repair what THEY caused. I will not be recommending their services to anyone. I am posting this for My Father, joey Ward. Please be wary!

I had a very unpleasant experience here. They were very confrontational about an issue they caused during the inspection. They were incredulous when I suggested it was caused by them. They did offer to look at the issue but felt it necessary to tell me they would have to charge me if the issue was not caused by them. I decided not to gamble, and check it out myself. They simply unplugged a connector during the inspection and did not reconnect it. I expect that my vehicle be returned in the same condition I dropped it off in. I believe that is reasonable. I remained polite and was surprised by the adversarial response I got from them. For such a minor issue, there was no reason this needed to be handled this way.
