Had a great experience, found my self in need of some mechanical work that had to be done. They were able to get me in and get the work done in time for my trip back to Florida. I had a hitch and wiring harness installed on our new Mercedes SUV recently. Jay was excellent at keeping me informed on the delivery dates of the parts we needed and confirmed the appointment time once everything was in stock. We left the car for the day and enjoyed some sightseeing at Niagara Falls. We picked up the car at the end of the day, and the estimate was accurate with no surprises. Jay also went over the specifics of the hitch we had installed and the wiring connections. We did notice one glitch with the wiring that was subsequently resolved with no extra cost on our part. Jay and Coppins Service Center definitely stand behind their work to ensure complete customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them for any automotive repairs and would definitely use them again in the future!

Got a low oil warning and discovered a leak. Went to get it checked out and topped off. Left the house without my wallet, and told them immediately. They didn't blink and just said they'll take care of me. The service advisor is Lindsay. She had personal authority and acted like an owner. I own a business and my wife owns part of multiple businesses. I can't imagine this happening in my home area. They even cleaned the skidplates that were covered in oil, and removed the sound deadener that was completely soaked. Blessed, and grateful for good people everywhere. Update: The treatment was so unexpected that I asked Lindsay if she was the owner. No, but she is the franchise manager and the "service technician" was actually the area/regional rep. A huge thank you for exceptional service, even for a car with license plates several states away.
