Great experience. I got an oil change, inspection, and new tires, and everything was done quickly. The staff was friendly, the price was fair, and the whole process was easy. We use them as our normal auto shop.

I absolutely love WNY One Stop on Brighton. They’ve done work on 3 of my cars now, both of my kids and mine. The service is exceptional and the work is outstanding. They’re honest, respectful and professional. They’ve done everything from fixing suspensions to electric, oil changes, mounting new tires and so much more. I highly recommend this shop!!

I have needed an immediate help And mechanic when I couldn't get in to others . I have now decided to go to them for car trouble. They are very helpful on time and keep you appraised if what's going on. Very good and communicative. They didn't charge me the first time if you can believe that! I had a nail in the tire. They had to remove it remove the tire and do a full soap test to see for leaks.. so amazing. I will go back as we discussed for new tires which I need soon. I now have a place where the mechanics are awesome and I can go for any car issues and problems. There may be some glitches though since I have a Volvo which needs its own tools and computer program and codes. That's stupid .

Corey is AHH-MAZING!!!! He got me in fast, beat out the dealership price and had the job done quickly. Service with a smile, friendly not Salesman-ish. I will definitely be going back for all my automobile needs and highly recommend.

My first visit came in a last-minute need for an inspection before my daughter used the car for a weekend trip for a college event. WNY One Stop accommodated me, discovered an issue created by another automotive service business, and had me on my way in time to get the vehicle to my daughter. In one visit, I'm a new fan and will return again.

These guys were awesome, so friendly and patient and really went out of their way to help me. The workmanship they done on my jeep was top notch. I definitely will bring my Jeep back to them if my jeep ever needs repair again. They want above and beyond their job of helping me. They didn't rip me off like all the other repair shops out there, thanks guys for all your help you guys are great and thank you Matthew for going out of your way for my extended warranty!

Went to have my vehicle inspected for the first time in NY. They took my vehicle at appointed time and were quick and efficient. Since it was my first visit it was nice that they explained the process to me.

Brought my vehicle in on a flat bed and I trust they are doing their best at a time of year when it's busy. Thanks again, Guys you are doing a lot and I appreciate your hard work. Thank you Chris! These are good dudes over here. I’ve been to this location twice, as a MaxCare extended warranty servicer, both times got above and beyond treatment. Same day service, in & out. Today I came in for an inspection, because my cigarette charger had a fuse blow out. They spotted it and changed it out in a matter of minutes. They didn’t even invoice me because it was such an instant fix. Last time they gave me and my dogs a lift to the dog park while I waited for my car to get inspected. The service technicians are real pros and straight shooters… reliable, with real heart!

Great service, and a family like atmosphere. Great prices with alot of attention to detail. Techs were friendly and insightful. And really helped me understand why I need the repairs I got. Specious waiting area with a hot coffee bar to boot. And they are always looking to improve wether it's the waiting area to how they deal with customers. 10/10 recommended to anyone out there.
