My husband and I called Richardson Auto Repair while on a vacation to Niagara Falls and were experiencing a tire issue. Victor told us to come right down. When we arrived he took us immediately and solved our problem within 5 minutes and at very low cost. He was extremely professional and wonderful to work with. We would recommend this business without hesitation!

I stopped in because the tire pressure light was on in my rental car. I did not have an appointment but they welcomed me and checked the tires. They filled each tire and that fixed the problem. I offered to pay but they refused. I thanked them and was on my way. Very professional and honest people.

These guy are fair and honest. Too bad I moved to the other side of Buffalo.

This team went above and beyond to help my family on Christmas Eve when my mother’s car broke down on the way to visit us. Could not thank them enough for the care and attentiveness that they provided in getting her car back to working order in a timely manner in the week following. Very kind and polite.

Went here for my annual NYS inspection. Had 8:30 appointment and was out by 9:15. I went to Kent for many years for all my service needs and only stopped after purchasing a vehicle that included first 2 years of service and provided frequent discounts for various maintenance after that. If you don't have this kind if coverage I would and have recommended Kent and his crew for any service needs. This is long time family owned business that is an asset to the community.

I have worked with Kent and his team on both a professional level as well as a personal level for several years. I have always found him to be responsive and honest. I never worry if he has one of our company trucks or my wife's car. I know that it will be done right and at a fair price.The best part of going to Richardsons Auto is that I have made a good friend in Kent.

A+, 5/5, two thumbs up, give them a call! I have a vehicle which has had semi-chronic CV issues, and it began making the exact same noise as before. I also had a very short window in which I required my vehicle to be repaired before a long drive. I called on a Monday, appointment set for a Wednesday, and resolved mid-afternoon on that same Wednesday. Issue was resolved with a fair and honest price, and the staff was great! If it is a general repair, oil change, etc, I would trust this garage again.
