I hit a deer a few years ago on Christmas Eve while heading back to Columbus. My insurance recommended this place to conduct all repairs. My car was delayed a month for repairs- no big deal and totally understand how busy everyone is. This is where it goes South. My car was broken into and lost a thousand dollars worth of speakers in the back of my car. - Told me we get that alot here, especially with Catalytic Converters from the lady that was behind the front desk -Not rectified. Same day that I received my car back from Coughlin Heath, my coolant hose was not clamped and I had to get towed and immediately called the shop. Was given a sorry and “just tow it back to our shop”from the company. I have driven this car maybe 4 or 5 times since. The repairs were not done properly and transmission fluid only contained half a quart. This was not even checked, especially after hitting a deer and the damage was all around the transmission which has now cost me even more. Jason was supposed to call me multiple times, I left multiple voicemails As someone who is in the transportation industry. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Took my 2018 santa fe sport in for paint warranty and received my car back with grinder sparks on all four doors a scrape in the paint on back passenger door, paint pulled off from were the masked the car ( obviously did not do the required tape test as prescribed by hyundai corprate) chips in paint on drivers door like someone tried using something to pry on the door, unpainted section of pillar, half assed tried to clean off over spray on rubber door seal and mu dash cam was no where to be found in my car. I have painted cars and heavy trucks for 12 years and never turned out or seen such crap work. If this is what they call high quality work then why are they still in business? Do they have no quality control checks?

I would rate this a 2☆ but they didn't even address the shimmy in the rear-end as requested. Oh wait! They drove it only 5 minutes or 5 miles. Incomplete work brings negative ratings. UPDATE; DROPPED TO 1☆ Wish there was a big fat 0 available ☆. Learned from the tire center that upon the test drive that Coughlin claims they did, they would have learned that sensors were bad. One of which could have caused ending my life. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COUGHLIN COLLISION IN HEATH OHIO TO ANYONE. BE WARE! Michael. You seemed, at first to me very nice and sympathetic, but WOW! YOU'RE A GOOD ACTOR. STAY AWAY FROM YOUR BODY SHOP
