I called the parts department. They were friendly intelligent and helpful. They made some arrangements. I got my parts on Saturday without any problems. Thank you guys
Thanks Rusty and Cameron for taking care of our tire pressure sensor today.
Coughlin Ford of Heath rescued my classic 1994 Lincoln Mark VIII 2-door Sport Coupe from the junkyard. It overheated and it required a few minutes to get it out of traffic, resulting in considerable damage. The block needed to be re-milled, cylinders bored, valves replaced, new VRM, and radiator welded. Fortunately, their master mechanic (23+ years experience, all the tools nec on-hand!) was on the job. This was a risky decision on my part - there was considerable expense in bringing this "patient" back. But, it turned out to be worth it. Communication could have been a bit more regularized, but this was partly my fault, frankly. I inadvertently set an expectation that I needed little comms. Because this car is not a daily driver (I characterize it as a "vanity vehicle") I was comfortable with a long timeline due to the dealership's other commitments. But, I got a bit nervous due to mounting obstacles in the course of repairs, and the evolving scope of the job. Paul Dague (SM) and Curt Weaver (SR) are great. They treat your job as if it's of prime importance. When we did speak (which I should have instigated more often, given my signal earlier) things were professional, factual, and on-target. Kudos to them. Someone please provide this review to Pat Davis. Thanks CFoH.
Stopped by unexpectedly with a check engine light on my F150 Was driving from Florida to Ontario so it was a first time visit for me. Analysis and installation of the offending sensor took under 2 hours and I was back on the road. Great service and staff. Highly recommend
I found them online. I specifically asked if the truck needed a cam phaser repair. I was assured it did not. All seemed well. I traveled up there only to find it clearly needed a cam phaser. They weren't interested in fixing it, but boy were they interested in selling a virtually worthless extended warranty! New Fords are maintenance intensive and the dealers are aggressive at avoiding doing this work under warranty. No thanks guys, seriously disappointed.

Quick lane lol, if you think 2hrs is quick then have fun sitting. Called 1st thing in the morning was told they have no one so I headed in and 2hrs later i finally got out of there. What a joke. Needless to say I’ll never go back. Save your self a ton of time and just go to Valvoline.
Complete lack of integrity with these guys. I stopped by Coughlin to buy plugs for my truck, then eventually just opted to have it done by them. Called for an appointment/quote. I was told two hours labor, then he says "oh wait, that doesn't take that long". Yes, I already know it doesn't take two hours to pull two plastic covers off and change the plugs. So, I head in hoping for the best. They take my truck in at 9:30. I also had requested a tire rotation. Both services were done by 10:30. Cashier asks if I bought the tires there, which I had not, so I had to pay for rotation and TWO hours labor. For a job that actually took less than an hour, since they also had the rotation done as well. So, in total they charged me $15.24 for plugs I had just bought from their parts department, three days before for $13.85, two hours labor, for less than one hour of work, and charged me for a tire rotation that fell into the original hour of labor. It's no wonder people dread taking their vehicles in for service. A service that should of been closer to $350-400, was billed at nearly $600. Total lack of honesty. Really wish I could have kept using Ford mechanics, but this is a waste of money.
