I have had very positive experiences with this service center. Online scheduling is easy, wait times have been consist with expectations they set, and friendly service on my 2024 Telluride. I have been in to address recalls on two separate occasions.

Service technician Mitch did an awesome job took care of me got me a rental vehicle hands down best ever.

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Mike and Mitch at the service center here. After a series of bad experiences around town, I never thought I would find anyone I could trust with my car, let alone a dealer. Now, I will never go anywhere else. Mike and Mitch have been exceptional dealing with my very old Kia Soul that has been grumbling but is still running strong after almost 15 years. Both Mike and Mitch have gone above and beyond numerous times to help me with this car as well as explaining in detail so I can understand and become an informed car owner (this was my first car). As a woman who has no experience in cars and who has had several bad experiences, it is thrilling to be able to say that I feel completely safe with them. I told them about my past experiences and the empathy and communication to make me feel safe has been unbelievably amazing. Mike and Mitch, you guys are awesome and I really appreciate you both!

Ryan Ouzts made buying our new vehicle so easy!!!! He even walked us through all of the features before we left! He even checks in on us from time to time to make sure everything is going good! Service is great too! 10/10 would buy from again!

Bought a Car from them yesterday. Darien was great to deal with. He even came in on his day off to help us because that was the only day we had off work to buy it. We deeply appreciated it. All the people I ran into there were very nice. I feel like we got a very fair deal for the Car from them. I'm very happy with it. They seem like very trustworthy people. Strangely enough we bought a 2021 Honda Accord Sport they had from a trade in that was in great condition. Actually it was the first time I've had a chance to check out a Kia while we were waiting and they look pretty darn Cool inside and out. Very happy we went there. Thanks Darien! 🙂👍

Car salesman Lamar Woods assisted me, he took very good care of me and my daughter. This is my daughter's first car so I had to get this one right and we did!

Until I finally get the contact of the district manager - one star. My car sat for 2 weeks waiting for his/her response which I never got.
