Very welcoming environment to wait for your vehicle to be serviced. All the staff were friendly.
The car we bought brought us to the dealership but the sales rep (Lamar) and the financial office we dealt with were awesome. We would definitely like to work with them again in the future if the right used car is on their lot.
I own a 14 year old KIA Forte. I had to take my car to have it serviced because of factory safety recalls. People were so nice and professional that I almost feel bad not having more factory safety recalls. Thank you.
When I took my Kia Optima into Crown Kia for an oil change, I was greeted immediately by Service manager Daniel Harris as I entered the service bay entrance. He took my information and took my car back quickly. He was very friendly and efficient as well. My service was completed promptly and my car was washed. When Daniel Harris came into the waiting room to get me he already had the paper work completed and I was ready to go. He told me that they had also rotated my tires which was due but I had forgotten to mention it. I received exemplary service from Daniel Harris and I’m very satisfied with my experience at Crown Kia
I've been going to Crown Kia for years to service my cars, it's always a pleasure working with Alex Greenland. He's always very friendly and very thorough on explaining details, the frame that he gives to complete a service is pretty spot on. I always know that I'm getting quality service when I take my car in for a service. Thanks Alex for continiung to make sure I'm a satisified cutomer.
Be very careful about their service advisors, like Justine. It took them two hours for an oil change and to rotate the tires which is very unreasonable nor was any communication given about the delay. This job should take an hour, max. The lack of quality control and misrepresentation(see attached) is also very questionable. They stated that I had a two pully system and they were dry rotted. They also stated that I needed new brakes. None of this was true after I had two other garages look at my SUV. It's absolutely infuriating that a car dealership like this one can make such erroneous claims on someone's vehicle. Absolutely avoid this place at all costs.

Absolutely horrendous experience with Coughlin Kia of Dublin. I’m beyond frustrated with the appalling service my wife and I received. First off, we had a recall on our Sorento’s airbag, and they *never* bothered to notify us about it. They tried to charge us for replacing it then when we pointed out it was recalled, they had my wife sign something acknowledging that we’d be charged $90 if it “wasn’t covered”. Completely unethical and shady behavior. Then, they charged us a ridiculous $120 for an oil change, which is laughable considering they didn’t even use full synthetic oil as promised. I decided to change the oil myself, only to discover they hadn’t even filled it properly – they left it at just 4 quarts, while our V6 Sorento requires at least 6. This is completely unacceptable and puts the vehicle at risk. I cannot stress enough how terrible and dishonest this dealership is. They clearly don’t care about their customers or providing even the most basic level of service. I wouldn’t trust them with a toy car, let alone a vehicle that my family relies on. Do yourself a favor and avoid Coughlin Kia of Dublin at all costs. You’ll save time, money, and a whole lot of frustration.
