The customer service at this Firestone location is excellent. Our tire blew on the West Virginia highway in the middle of a long road trip. In spite of our late drop off, minutes before closing, Gabriel and Shelby had us back on the road in 20 minutes. This crew’s professionalism and kindness made a stressful situation more manageable.

Absolutely amazing. We were heading through on vacation when we got a flat tire and this was the closest shop we saw. We crossed our fingers that they could help and they definitely did. In under 1 hour they were able to get us in, put all new tires on my car and us back on the road. They were our saving grace and we very much appreciate their hard work and professionalism. Highly recommend these gentlemen.

Very professional, fast and courteous service! Had a tire go flat and was able to get worked in quickly with all 4 tires replaced (was needing done anyway) and car aligned in about 90 minutes. Did a great job explaining tire options and prices. Blowed a tire a month later from road debris and they again came to the rescue having me back on the road fast.

Out of town and my battery goes dead. Nobody wanted to fix it because the battery was located under the front seat. Firestone got me right in without an appointment. Excellent customer service! Reasonably priced! Had me back on the road in an hour. Highly recommend!

I am on a 3000 miles + road trip. I got a tire losing air while I am driving & i call around, this shop had the best price for a patch tire & can get me in right away, not like the other shops that have to close for lunch. Chuck & Shelby was extremely courteous & helpful. It turn out the tire was unrepairable , so she put the spare on without charging. I would have bought another tire that they have, which was cheaper than the other stores , but I didn't have time. I was in & out in 30 minutes.

Hit a curb and needed to have my tire replaced. I called at 8 am and asked if they could squeeze me in as I am 800 miles from home. I showed up and was out of there in 35 min. Super Fast and friendly service. Did not push to upsell like so many other places.

Outstanding Service at Firestone in Charleston While traveling through the Charleston area, I experienced a tire failure and had to rely on my spare to get to the Firestone location. Prior to arriving, I spoke with Greg over the phone, who confirmed that the specific tire I needed was in stock. As soon as I walked in, I was struck by how courteous and professional the team was. Greg, the manager, assured me that the replacement would be completed within two hours — and he kept his word. Not only was the work done promptly and to my complete satisfaction, but he also kindly applied a discount to the final bill. I highly recommend this Firestone location for any automotive needs. Their knowledgeable team and genuine commitment to customer service truly set them apart.

I do not recommend this shop. I arrived specifically for a tire patch, but wound up waiting over two hours for services. Upon arrival, I added an allignment and oil change. The alignment was minor and completed, and then they went on lunch. An hour later, the front desk offered a update that they’d be back soon and it wouldn’t take much longer. Another hour passed with no update. When the supervisor returned, it seemed they had forgotten about my car after lunch. Finally they looked at the tire and said it couldn’t be repaired. They also did not rotate the tires, a basic maintenance step that should have been done. I left and had brought one of my spares with me to be installed by another shop... only for the shop to tell me they can put a patch on it. The combination of excessive wait times, poor communication, and an unrepaired tire left me disappointed and wary of returning.

Absolutely atrocious place to bring a vehicle. I called a week in advance to set an appointment. Set my service for noon and asked how likg it would take because I had other things to do also. They told me it would be in and out. 2 tires mounted and an alignment. My car was still sitting outside at 1:00, an hour after my set time, with all their technicians just walking around the garage doing nothing for that entire hour. When I asked why the car hasn't been brought into the garage yet, I was told it's next we have to wait until a technician is free. Even tho I could see for myself that all the techs were free and not working on anything. They had almost all bays open for vehicles. And then I'm told when they do bring it in it's going to be at least an hour and a half to point 2 tires and do an alignment. Needless to say I've never had service this poor in my life and I will never come back.
