I am so thankful for this shop being here. Guys I spoke to Andrew and James had a totally positive attitude. They got my van right in and done in no time. The price was also much lower than I expected. Very reasonable shop, awesome crew, I will 100% be referring them to anyone that can make it there
Fishers Auto Service is hands down the best shop around. They always give a fair estimate, never try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs, and explain everything clearly. The team is friendly, fast, and completely reliable. I won't take my car anywhere else!"
This is the best and most honest shop you could ask for. I have a 71 ford F250, they have installed and rebuilt my engine, radiator, starter, brakes and so much more. I've referred so many customers because you can trust them to be honest and do amazing work. Steve, Andrew, James and Romeo are awesome.
We've been bring our vehicles to Fisher's for over 20 years and always received great service. Our most recent visit involved replacing two wheel bearings. Diagnosed based on a test drive and stethoscope to identity the source of the noise. Fixed within three hours! And Steve also fixed a paint scrape at the same time.
TLDR: I am definitely coming back to Fisher's Auto for routine and other maintenance. This is a no BS place, and James went above and beyond to help me. I had a clogged A/C drain and dealership next door wanted $225+ authorization AND and entire day to work on my vehicle, including forcing me to buy additional services that I did not want. They told me 4 hours was not enough time to fix the issue, and that they needed to perform other tests such as a sprinkler test on the vehicle. Based on Reddit posts and YouTube videos, I knew what the issue was and how long it should take to fix it. I even communicated the exact issue and fix. Called up Fisher's, and James told me to come over and take a look. I drove over, from literally next door, and he went above and beyond to pull my car in and blow out the drain for free. In literally less than 10 mins, my car was fixed and ready to go! He didn't want anything, and was so friendly and kind. As a woman, I'm always nervous going to the dealer alone -- the same dealer that wanted $200+ to replace my cabin and engine air filters. I believe this is an honest business, and that matters most to me.
James and his crew are awesome! First brought my car into Fisher's in the fall to replace my valve cover gasket which I had diagnosed myself. James and the team did the work efficiently and explained everything to me in detail. The main driver behind this review is the work they did for me today and saved me in a sticky situation. I had some car issues where my veichle was not accelerating when driving and issues with my tail/brake lights. I was scared to drive it as I couldn't figure out what the root cause likely was, and whether this was a major safety issue (I'm an engineer, so this was driving me nuts). On top of all this, I moved to the area about 10 months ago and live on my own, so my car is my life!!! I was terrified that the issue would cause the car to be in the shop for days and I would have no way to get to work 20 miles away. James said he was pretty full today, but I came first thing asking if there was any way he could squeeze me in since I rely on my car so much. James diagnosed the issue correctly and quickly (impressive, given the strange symptoms my car had), ordered the part, and had the car fixed THE SAME DAY!! Total life saver! Love how he explained everything so well and answered all my technical questions, I have had bad experiences in the past as a woman with mechanics who don't explain unless prodded heavily or scam me. Totally recommend Fisher's for anyone.
Here I am, raving about a personal referral to this Kirkland/Totem Lake neighborhood Auto Repair shop, Fisher's! I had recently moved from the Kirkland/Juanita neighborhood, and yet the right people connected me to this excellent provider of Auto Care in Kirkland, because they are a professional, efficient, friendly, resourceful and trustworthy business. My father used to work with Ford Motor Company and IBM International, and takes interest in my affairs. Even my Dad was impressed with James' knowledge and professionalism. Thank you, James, and also your teammates, for the great experience! I'll be back when the time comes.
We’ve had our cars serviced at Steve’s garage for more than 15 years. In those years we’ve had minor and major engine repair work done there. Steve and his mechanics have always been friendly and, more importantly, honest. Also, I always love to see some of cool cars Steve works on!
What a great experience. This team took care of us. We trusted them with our family. 1978 Ford Bronco. This was my father-in-law's, who is no longer with us. It sat for over 15 years. Fishers had it for about two months and took great care of it and us. They kept me up to date on progress and encouraged me to come by weekly to visually walk through the work! We are thrilled to have this back on the road. Thank you Fisher's Auto Service.
Steve and his son worked on my classic 1951 Chevy 3100 Truck. It came in not running condition from the crooked dealer in So Calif (dont use Crown Classics-Fraudulent misrepresentation!). Steve diagnosed all the safety issues and most importantly got the Truck back working properly. I waited to write this review to see if it would hold up a month later and the truck has. This was a big repair bill but I felt Fisher Auto was fair in the way they charged me. This was the first time I used Fisher's and I am glad I did.
