I strive to support locally owned and operated businesses. Green Drop consistently provides great service at competitive prices. I subscribe to their routine maintenance service and think it's a good value.
Amazing experience with Green Drop Garage! I went in for an oil change and they flagged a couple other services I should consider. They were not pushy at all and were able to address everything in one day. I will definitely return next time I need anything done to my car.
Love coming to this garage, I have the car care membership and it's beyond worth it. They are the most thorough and transparent shop I've ever worked with, and really take into account your time and the quality of service is fantastic. I love the diagnostics report I get each visit. Olivia has been amazing to work with, very helpful and always ensures I receive top notch service. Kim is also amazing up at Reception. This place is wayyy better than any other oil change place-- worth checking out!
! made the switch to Green Drop Garage — and I wish I’d done it sooner. The difference in personalized service is night and day. Farhad, the owner, is absolutely amazing and makes you feel like a valued customer every single visit. I bring both of my cars here — one standard and one heavy duty — and they handle both with ease. The membership option for oil changes and routine maintenance is a fantastic deal and gives me peace of mind knowing my vehicles are well taken care of year round. Communication is excellent, the location is super convenient, and the quality of work speaks for itself. If you’re still going to the dealer out of habit, do yourself a favor and give Green Drop Garage a try. You won’t look back!
Love everything here. Great staff (seems like a decent work environment compared to most shops/oil change places), great system for sending me vehicle work updates and estimates, easy to schedule. They go above and beyond on service, and I never feel talked down to or pressured. I have a subscription and it means that Im getting new air filters and windshield wiper blades all the time, which wouldn’t be true if I managed that task myself.
Excellent service. The car runs better than earlier. They replaced the brakes, calipers and what not. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Because they are better than other garages. And also it’s tax deductible. So why not?
Took my truck in for repairs, excellent communication throughout, including photos and quotes up front for any work. Was able to approve or deny repairs online while I was working during the day, which made for an efficient experience and I knew what was happening at all times. My truck runs so smooth now! Kody and Kimberly were especially helpful.
After a lot of confusion about the issues with my car and having to bring it back in a few times, they were able to figure out the source of the noise and bumpiness coming from my car. Two other shops were unable to identify the source of the noise and bumpiness coming from my car. They were very thorough and took care to keep me in the loop throughout the whole process. Conrad, the shop manager, is friendly and honest and I was extremely impressed by his professionalism.
So much to say! A honest, transparent, and clear process. I enjoyed talking to the team at Green Drop each time. They offered suggestions, respected my budget, and most of all, made my jeep run well, a task no other mechanic could do. And for a very reasonable price! Lastly, every customer I ran into was smiling and couldn't say enough good things about there experience there. Thank you team! I will be back soon!
This is my review for the Central Garage, as my previous review was for the NE MLK location that did the original oil change and overfilled the engine. A week after the oil change, and less than 100 miles on the car, my Kia wouldn’t start and a roadside mechanic helped me replace the battery. Unfortunately it still would not start, returning an error code P0016. I called Green Drop to inform them. I also checked the oil after the car had been sitting on the flat street all night, and had multiple independent mechanics confirm that the dipstick reading showed 2-3 qts overfill. A few days later, the service manager called to inform me that I needed a timing job, quoted around $2700. They recommended in the inspection that I replace the battery ASAP, which is odd because it had been replaced 48 hours prior. The service manager informed me that when the engine was drained of oil exactly 3.49 L came out out of the engine, and in their own words claim that exactly the amount of oil that was supposed to be in the engine was in the engine. When I asked the service manager to help me, understand why I would get the dipstick reading I got, and their shop had a picture of the same dipstick reading, All he would do is repeat himself and say “ I don’t know what to tell you.” When I told him I was working class and living paycheck to paycheck at best and really need a car, I asked his advice and he told me to donate it to OPB. He asserted that my car make and model has an issue with the timing chain, failing at a certain point; however, Overfilling the engine with oil can cause a cascade of issues that would lead to the timing chain being damaged. When I reached out to White Knight Roadside (awesome dude, thanks Jason. Work with this guy!!!), I was very upset because I thought he sold me a used battery as new. He was patient with me and we worked through it, and he was very upset to see that Green Drop had effectively thrown him under the bus, as well as the Autozone where he purchased the battery. I was quoted around $1200 for the same $2700 job quoted by Green Drop. Independent mechanic said that price is severely inflated. They priced their work as if they were tearing down and rebuilding the engine for three different parts of the job that can be done in a single go. Owner is unreachable, I couldn’t speak to anyone above the service manager at the SE location. Left messages, and dropped a letter in person. Heard nothing yet. Avoid at all costs. Don’t be pulled in by the membership and free oil change, and are banking on your ignorance to make money.
