I had an amazing experience bringing my Vehicle to H&M. Vinny, was on point with communications and real time updates as my vehicle was being worked on. The turn around time was also immaculate, as I got my vehicle back within a couple days. They replaced the purger valve as the shop I went too prior was a complete nightmare and failed to replace the part correctly twice, leaving my car worse than when I dropped it off. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle ( I wish I had his name ) was very kind, showed me the old part they took out and explained exactly what the issue was. 10/10 Recommend H&M :)

I love the customer care that H&M provides! The employees are very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. H&M is a family-owned and operated business that has been in Virginia Beach for years! The shop is clean and welcoming. They kept me updated on what was needed, costs, and how long the service/repair(s) would take. It is my "go to place" because I trust the owner and the process. I highly recommend them.

Took my car in last week for new brakes and an oil change. The service was great, quick, and super professional. Everything was handled smoothly and the car feels amazing now. Definitely recommend these guys if you want your car taken care of the right way.

These guys were courteous, professional, and had my car in and out in a reasonable amount of time. They also educated me about some of the issues in my car to give me a better understanding. I would recommend them. This has to be the cleanest and best smelling car shop I have ever set foot in. Great job guys. I even got tips on how to better care for my beard.

Vinnie and the team are exceptional! They explain everything with no pressure to complete recommended services. They don't delay completing the work. The shop is immaculate! I have never seen a mechanic shop with so much business be so clean. They make me feel like family not just a customer. I tell everyone I know to take their car troubles to H and M! My entire experience at H&M was excellent. I called them about my brakes and Fred got me in asap. He was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful!! Amazing customer service, competitive pricing, quality work completed, and timeliness (I was in and out same day) are only a few of the great things they have to offer! I definitely recommend them and will be sticking with them in the future.

Went for state inspection. No need to drop off if your early, first come first serve. Took a bit over an hour while I waited. Decent waiting area. Suggested steering fluid change but not necessary for inspection. Went ahead with it and was done in about 40 mins. Super friendly guys and fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
