We came with no Appointment since the Place that we did have an Appointment with said they could not inspect our two Cars since someone called out sick. Mario was able to get us in ,he was very professionell and Polite ,we will be coming here from now on. We appreciate the great Job

I came to Tune Up Plus to get a state inspection for my car. Check in was a breeze. I filled out some paperwork and was told that I would be seen soon. State inspections at the beginning of the month are always tricky. Sometimes you can bring your car and have to wait all day to be seen. I was in at 10 and out at 12! Very consummate professionals that are very knowledgeable about what they do. I passed the inspection and I also received a power steering flush. Definitely recommend.

I was greeted with a friendly helpful face. The they helped me get a new tire since mine had a huge gash in the middle of it. Gave me helpful information on my vehicle as well . They were fast too. I will always recommend people to this place.

I needed a state inspection on my Toyota GR 86 and no one around was available to have a manual transmission car. I called around two places and got my hands on this place and I was able to drop off my car in the morning and it ended up being finished in less than an hour. Definitely recommend this place if you need fast service same day. The staff was very kind and provided Me with great recommendations that would keep my car health in good shape. I would also recommend this place if you don’t want extra services being shoved in your face just for them to make extra money. Definitely better than the dealership.

Everyone, especially Mario was very helpful and fast on getting our 2 cars inspected and other services rendered! We'll be back!!! UPDATE! We went back! I took my sports car to them because the last place couldn't figure it out what was wrong. Now it runs like it's supposed to!!! Thanks again!

Lisa, at the Gainesboro Square location in Chesapeake, explained my requirements in a way I could understand. She has been in the auto industry for a long time and really understands car needs. It is great when you find an auto shop you can trust.

Came in for an inspection ended up waiting in the lobby. The staff were super easy to work with, a very smooth process. Mario from the front desk was really chill and a huge help.

Excellent service! (I saw them back in May, just now got around to writing a review.) I dropped off my Tacoma before work one day for an oil change, state inspection, and other services. They were finished before lunch! They are upfront and honest. I will be using Tune Up Plus from now on. Highly recommend.

Went for state inspection was told front brakes and rotors need to b replaced when nothing was wrong with them. They want over $500 to fix and all it really needed was some great on slide bolts. Won't go there again. Not the first time they tried getting more money out of us.
