Friendly, fast service! Got my car inspection done here and they let me know how many ahead of me, and how long for each. I was in and out quickly!

Family owned business and staff are friendly and nice they got my in and out in ten minutes. My new go to place for inspections! Thanks guys.

I secretly don't want to leave a review because then everybody's going to find out about this place and right now it's my favorite little secret for getting my car inspected. the staff are also wonderfully cordial.

Best smog experience ever. The owner is a class act and knows what he is doing. In and out of there in no time. Now if only DMV was as easy to deal with. Thanks

This is the only place I've taken my cars/truck for the past several years since I discovered them. They are awesome, I love the fact that once you pay them to inspect your window tint when you keep your inspection from the previous year, show it to them and they don't charge you again. Recently I brought my motorcycle over for an inspection. While waiting, the inspection computer system went out, and they couldn't expect any more cars. I understood, and I came back a few days later. One of the brothers had relayed to the other about this, and they would not accept my payment for the inspection. I even offered, I told them I wanted to pay because I understood technicalities happen... They wouldn't take it. Ask for the person that left the review negative about them not being open, it could have been a similar incident where they had technical problems with the computer system, they couldn't inspect cars so they closed. I surely hope you don't expect them to sit around all day just to tell people come back tomorrow. If the bay doors are closed, they're closed. And lastly, if you're dropping your car off and there's a wait a highly suggest going next door to J-birds diner and getting a burger or hot dog, a little hole in the wall place that has excellent burgers and hot dogs. And the staff is awesome!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic experience at Inspection Connection in Mint Hill! The team was upbeat, professional, and efficient—my car inspection was done in under 30 minutes. I called and Hannah told me to come on down with no appointment needed. She was an absolute gem!! kind, positive, and full of great energy. The waiting room is unlike any other, filled with nostalgic books on everything from Princess Diana to WWII, some with handwritten notes from veterans themselves. It’s clear they care about creating a welcoming experience. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quick, smooth, and surprisingly heartwarming inspection! Ps: I even received a discount because I am Nurse ❤️🤲🏽

Their hours on Google and their own Facebook page say they're open Monday - Saturday from 8 AM - 5:30 PM. I went to Inspection Connection on Saturday, 6/21 at 2 o'clock and they were closed. I tried a second time to get my car inspected on Tuesday, 6/24 at 5 o'clock and they were closed then. So others don't waste their time, I updated their hours on Google. With this free labor they got from me updating their hours for them since they can't update their hours themselves, they should put me on the payroll.
