The team at SRT Automotive were great to work with and really helped us with a serious car issue diagnosis and make an informed decision on the steps moving forward. Unfortunately, the engine went bad and had serious issues and needed to be replaced, which wasn’t worth it for an old car. At the end, we forwent any repairs and purchased a new vehicle instead.

Had such a great experience at STR. I was able to drop my car off, get a ride to work, and go back and get my car later. The team was thorough and showed me everything wrong with no pressure to fix everything. Joe and Carlos showed great customer service and were extremely helpful!

Woody was very helpful and professional! My BMW needed a routine oil change which is exactly what I received. When I arrived to pick it up, he recommended (not pushed) and educated me on the frequency of services and potential additives for optimal maintenance. As a woman walking into an auto service business, it was refreshing to not receive the hard sale on all the things my car didn’t need. Plus they have a very comfortable waiting room with drinks and fresh popcorn… bonus!

STR worked my Jeep in for an alignment after I installed new steering. Drives better than it ever has. Also appreciated the after hours pick-up/drop-off to accommodate my work hours. Highly recommend!

These guys put in work I had a rear main seal oil leak and they also fixed my Axle alignment in my Acura TL and they fixed it without a problem i got it done for a good price thanks to STR. I would definitely recommend getting your car done here.

I had a huge job that needed to be done on my car. I was extremely pleased by the work that they did and the professionalism. They kept me up to date on the entire process and provided pictures so I could see the progress. I have had a few other things done with them as well including my oil changes and have had amazing experiences! They are my go to from now on and I would HIGHLY recommend using them.

I can’t speak highly enough about this place! I’ve had nonstop issues with my jeep, the evap system, breaks and rotors, and issues with the steering stabilizer. It’s been one thing after another and STR has fixed all of my issues and more. It’s genuinely the best shop I’ve ever been to that actually cares about your vehicle. They found a lot of wear and tear issues on my truck with 220k miles. They sent photos and explained the damage in detail. Even gave me a ride to and from the facility while I waited. Top notch, love the service.

This is a great bunch of guys and girls that work here very very professional very well maintained establishment. Mechanics is very up-to-date. Seems to get things done quick everyone was very courteous and very kind to you. Very clean establishment. Great people would highly recommend this for anyone needing work done to any kind of vehicle, whether rare vintage or high-end automobiles.

Tony went above and beyond—calling me back after hours while at his son's game just to assure me they could get my truck back on the road the next day. And they absolutely delivered on that promise. Their communication, professionalism, and genuine dedication to the customer are unmatched. They even coordinated with my previous mechanic to ensure my warranty was honored. As if that wasn’t enough, they gave us a ride to our hotel just to save us an Uber fare!
