The service was exceptional, didn’t think going to a garage would be any fun. They were thorough, and courteous. Mike and his team of experts delivered timely and efficient services and the price is reasonable.

MAN I Love Mike and the shop. When you know it is done right and can see the issue you don't mind paying for efficiency and accuracy of getting your car fixed. I came in because a shop quoted me one price but I was skeptical due to them taking 8 hours to do an oil change and transmission fluid change. So it lead me to Google and Google pointed me here. I made an appointment and Mike showed me the issues and had my car back same day. With a diagnostic fee I paid 2543 I believe to fix everything. but it was money well spent my vehicle was back on the road for my trip with no issues. And now all my cars will come to this shop they have definitely earned a customer for the life of the business.

They will get your problem done and don't ever take to any sattos tire and service in charlotte, they broke more my stuff than fixed. These guys are reliable and dependable I recommend.

I visited M & A Lube & Inspection on October 20th for my Tesla Model 3. I was being a bit impatient and wanted to get my car fixed quickly since Tesla didn’t have any open appointments. When I arrived, they performed a diagnostic and told me that both front struts needed to be replaced, giving me a cost of $1,173.14. I decided to double-check with Tesla directly, explained the same issue, and their estimate came out to $445.45. That’s a huge price difference for the same repair. The staff at M & A were nice, and I’m sure they would have done a great job, but the pricing just didn’t make sense to me. Because of that, I decided not to move forward with the repair here.
