Great customer service, quality work, and honest.I was in for an oil change alignment , tire rotation, and new brakes. A local car dealer service department told me my brakes were “getting critical”. So I assumed I needed new brakes. When they pulled the tires to rotate they called me to the service area to show me the brake pads which were fine and said they were good for another year! I like that Justin and mechanic were honest about the brakes and saved me $400-$600.

TTS was recommended by a friend a few years ago. I’ve had nothing but excellent service. From a tire repair on our Tesla, regular service and maintenance on our Audi, and tune ups/safety checks on our teenagers’ shared Subaru —every experience has been positive. Appointments, expectations/estimates, garage time, and cost are clearly communicated and managed professionally. I would (and have) recommend this garage to anyone.

I have done business with TTS for many years and they have always provided top quality mechanical service at a fair price. They are good, honest guys who I trust to take excellent care of my vehicles.

Great shop with honest and helpful people working there. I was quoted $1,500 to get a new fuel pump from another shop and when I took my car to TTS, they found that the issue was not fuel related and was actually just a dirty throttle body. After this maintenance, my car was running great again for much lower than I was quoted at other shops. They have helped me many times and if the problem is a $5 part, they will tell you that. They are honest and good people, which is why they are my favorite shop to go to now.

Never took my car to a mechanic myself so I took it here for a loud noise coming from the back of my car. They narrowed it down to the control arms and replaced them and the issue went away! Very friendly/clean place. Good pricing and gave me options on parts to order so I can save some money! Really good place to bring your car

TTS is the best mechanic I’ve found in Charlotte in my 20 years here. They provide honest advice, fair pricing and easy communication. I live 20-30 minutes away with traffic (and I pass many other shops on my way), but these guys are simply the most ethical place around and they happily service all my vehicles.

They always fix my car quickly and correctly the first time—I’ve never had any issues with their work. The team is professional, honest, and really knows what they’re doing. I trust them completely and will always come back. Highly recommend!

Great service! I needed a car inspection, and was able to get in and out pretty quickly. The waiting room area was also clean and comfortable. There wasn’t a restroom in the waiting area, but they allowed me to use the employee restroom (so don’t hesitate to ask!) They seem to have an efficient and no-nonsense operation. I learned that the business is run by two brothers. They’re owner-operators and they inherited the business from their grandfather. With how orderly and efficient everything was, I could tell that they take great pride in their work and in their business overall. I’ll definitely be back!

After trying out different shops I've finally found "the one". The location is easy to get to and there always somewhere to park. The employees are friendly and honest. They're quick to provide you with an easy to understand explanation and an estimated cost and time of the services provided. They tried to find the best price for parts and got them in a quick timeframe. I felt comfortable leaving them with my vehicle and there were no surprises. The office is clean and there's a water dispenser and tv for your enjoyment. TTS probably should stand for Trustworthy Terrific Service, it's that good. I highly recommend this shop and it's where I'll be going to from now on.
