Fast repair time. Very friendly service and fair price. My pulley belt broke which caused my serpentine belt to slip. It’s a 26 year old Mercedes but they had no problem ordering parts. I got my car back the next morning.

Bob and the team are helpful, knowledgeable, and realistic. I brought my van in and it turned out during the diagnostics that it was going to be more work than the vehicle was worth. They advised away from putting more money into the vehicle. This kind of integrity is essential to me because I'm not especially skilled with vehicles so I'm at the mercy of mechanics for help. Knowing they had my best interest in mind is what guarantees my business anytime I need mechanical work on my vehicles. Highly recommend!

My car feels brand new after the services I received at Jackson's. They helped me choose which things were most needed for now on my car and I feel so much more confident traveling in ut again! The little details really go a long way too: I was touched when I noticed the front seats and floor were freshly vacuumed and saw the free car wash card and candy on the console. Vehicle repairs are very expensive so feeling like you're getting a little extra care stands out!

I have been taking my vehicles to Jackson’s for almost 30 years now. They always stand by their work. The people at Jackson’s are courteous and caring. The follow up is also fantastic. I can’t recommend them enough.

I went in there to get the front struts replaced on my 2010 lexus RX350 the owner quoted the job at 1,800 dollars! I found another place that did it for 700. The owner had a rude condescending arrogant attitude the entire time. Horrible customer service and over overpriced. shop around Trust me you can find better.

Took a 2005 Astro van into Jacksons auto in July of 2023 with 153K miles on it. A/C had worked up till then. They charged me $550 and it lasted till next spring. Took it back and they charged me $955 and it lasted till the following spring. Went in this July and they wanted $3250 to fix it. I seemed to have 3 parts that needed to be changed. Cost for parts $125 off the street. They said that they could sharpen there pencil and do it for $2550. I smell a rat here. Needless to say they are not the A/C specialists they are supposed to be. BEWARE!!!
