They did such a great job on my Camaro and fixed issues I didn’t even pay for. My dash codes cleared, my back speaker works now without static. Updated me on everything they did and they have a nice waiting room with free drinks and a popcorn machine. They even let me use a charger for my phone when I asked. Real nice people and will be going back again.

Jefferson Auto was extremely efficient and transparent working with my car. Given I have a 17 year old car there are multiple problems with it, they did a full inspection of the entire car and before starting any work told me everything that was wrong with it and then letting me choose what needed to be done with the price upfront with no hidden costs. I may have overpaid just a little bit but I do not mind as everything was transparent, at the forefront, with welcoming people and great work. Will only come here from now on when I need work done.

A local car dealership told me that I had a cracked fuel tank and that it would cost over $2600 to fix. I recently had had a fuel pump replaced, per factory recall, at this particular dealership. After getting the runaround for over three weeks, I picked up my car and brought it to Jefferson Auto. I chose this business because of the fantastic reviews I’d seen online. The dealership had incorrectly installed the recalled fuel pump. So, that was a colossal lie. I have an open case against this dealership. Jefferson Auto was honest with me and helped me with a smaller issue, as well. The experience was absolutely fantastic. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Women owned and run for over 75 years! Jennifer and Ashley were just incredible women to work with. Integrity and high ethical standards, in addition to the absolutely fantastic work, are obviously a huge part of why this business is so successful.

I’m very pleased with this facility. No matter what the problem may be , they will find it and get it fixed. I highly recommend for anyone to Bring their vehicles here. It’s very impressive how u will receive a video of everything that could be wrong with your car. I have been there twice having different things fixed and very comfortable with everything and trust them sincerely. Everyone is very professional and kind . I will go back in a heart beat

Dropped my Mustang off to them after doing a quick google search for "mechanics near me" and selecting the one with the highest reviews. From the moment I first called to schedule the repair until the moment I picked the car back up, every single person I encountered and spoke to was extremely friendly. They worked quickly, they were transparent, and they were fair with prices. I will always recommend this shop from now on.

My experience with Jefferson Auto Service was incredible! They were so kind, helpful, thorough, and my car runs better than it ever has. Their prices were very fair and reasonable. Personally, the best part is the super detailed report you get when you have the diagnostic test done. I’ve never received a report with such detail that includes pictures and videos of the assessments of YOUR car being done. As someone who loves data, this was absolutely fascinating and so comforting to know that I wasn’t paying for something I didn’t need. My cars will never see another automotive shop because they are my forever mechanics now. Super grateful for them and their skill and hospitality! 10/10 all around! And they have complementary full size cans of Diet Coke (as well as many other options) in their waiting area!! What a luxury!

I went to Jefferson Auto with a handling issue another shop could not diagnose. After correcting some related issues the problem persisted but Antonio and his team dug into it and figured out what was actually causing the problem. Once that was fixed the car is handling like it should. Throughout the process they kept me informed of what was going on and the next steps they wanted to take. I really appreciated their communication and their commitment to getting the job done right.

I was having problems with my car for several months. I brought my car to the dealership and they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. I brought it to Jefferson Auto. They kept my car for a few days to make sure they made the correct diagnosis. They were able to find the problem. Every staff member was nice and courteous. If I need another mechanic in the future, there is no doubt that I will bring my car to Jefferson Auto first.

I was referred to Jefferson Auto by my two very savvy elderly aunts and I’m so grateful. My experience from start to finish was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I was there for a pre-purchase inspection which was completed in under an hour for a very reasonable price. I was really impressed with how they showed me photos of everything they checked on the vehicle and explained why. I will definitely be using their services from now on and highly recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs.

I’ve never had a service company go to the lengths that this company does to help you. They serviced my RV, took care of everything timely and then there was another issue that wasn’t in their realm that they normally handle, but went out their way to help me find The necessary parts and a way to get these things fixed . I can tell you it’s the only place I’ll ever go to with my vehicles from now on out. Always friendly, helpful, reliable. Excellent service.!
