I’m a 72 yr old female who still works and drives 150 miles a day, 5 days a week. Don and his staff always treats my needs with expediency and respect. I depend on these fine gentlemen to understand my concerns. Congratulations on a great staff of guys.

Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this SpeeDee Oil Change on Esplanade Avenue in New Orleans! Came here today which would have been my third oil change at this location. Three days in a row my car was messaging that It was time for an oil change. I was low on funds but figured I'd better get it done, so I came here. TJ pulled my car in then came and explained that the car message was wrong, that I was not due for an oil change yet. Now, I know a few oil change places that would have taken my money and let me drive off with the oil I already had in my car, so I am pleased that they are so honest here. TJ even topped off low fluids and gave me advice about my front tires. The owner is always there when I go, and he is very nice, knowledgeable, and gives the best price. Jay is also very helpful. I don't regret not going back to the SpeeDee in Metairie where I used to go about a year ago, was not treated well, and paid higher for oil changes. I've found my forever oil change place on Esplanade, for both of my cars! ❤️ Best oil change place in the city, hands down!

My son bought my car in for service, but I can say I am very pleased with the service I received and have been for several years. I like the professionalism that I receive and the knowledgeable that the technicians provides.

This SpeeDee Oil is exceptional! I didn't have a huge fix (just a loose splash guard under the car) but they handled it fast and perfectly and didn't even charge! 10/10 experience.

Excellent customer service and professional. Quick and polite greeting and assistance before I even made it the front door. They answered my questions or concerns straightforward and without trying to push other services. Also, they handled dealing with the car warranty company for me. They even had my information pulled up before I could tell them and remembered the person who brought my vehicle in for service weeks earlier.

Rich did an incredible job! Car kept overheating due to water pump and A/C was out and needed an oil change. Everything was repaired in a timely manner. I noticed great working environment! All the employees were willing to assist and they all worked together as a team! Impressed! My first time coming here.

This SpeeDee location continues to live up to the name because I received quick service from kind, personable employees. I was in and out in about 15 minutes for my oil change, I was walked through the different oils to make the best decision for which to pick and the pricing was reasonable. This has been my go to spot since I first started driving years ago, I couldn't recommend them enough.

If you want your car.. I would suggest you take your car where people have your best interest over profit at heart. I wouldn't bring a motor scooter to these people. They're Profit over People and shady businesse practices will cost you your car. If you don't fall for any of their up sales. Every time you go they will create car problems for you.. My mileage isn't nowhere near where it's suppose to be for a new oil change. But since I had no oil in my car I got one elsewhere on yesterday. I went back to them after getting my oil charged at 5 minute. I asked to speak to the manager. I had my paperwork from my last oil change with them in hand. As I'm explaining what I was experiencing with my car to him. He tries to talk about oil change warranty and a bunch of BS. I told him it wasn't no need for any of that because I went somewhere else. He got very disrespectful and started saying very disparaging and nasty things to me. He even went as far as telling me I need to take car of my car as if I done something wrong..
