Hey yall Mimi here!! I just wanted to let you guys know, that Mr. Chris And his wife Mrs. Angela, we’re an absolute delight, so kind and willing to help. They treated me like family and the facility was immaculately clean. They worked with me on the price and gave me a discount for my Oil change. Mr. Chris took care of a diagnostic issue that I specifically came there for as well as the oil change. They literally exceeded my expectations, especially their staff, The guys were careful, Considerate, and professional and kind as ever. The communication Was also immaculate. This is by far one of the best Speedee Oil change I’ve been to in a long time. My grandfather used to use Speedee oil Change companies For all of his delivery cars. I know that because I used to bring them constantly for every single issue so I haven’t been to a SpeeDee oil change in a really long time and this one was by far the best one in a long time. They were absolutely amazing again, The Best Was that they treated me like family, like I belong! They had cold bottles of water complementary, Of course the bathroom was immaculately clean as well as the lobby and the diagnostic garage area . Thank you Mr.Chris & Mrs.Angela For your kindness and professionalism and diligence to give the best care to Me and my car! I will be Definitelycoming back for the rest of the work that I need done. AMAZING fast service at this location. Gary (General Manager) was great to work with. Our storm chasing vehicle had what we thought was a brake issue, turned out to be a strut mount. They had it fixed in just a few hours with a VERY reasonable price.

This location is great, the staff was extremely friendly. Everyone I came in contact with was very knowledgeable and helpful. The mechanic even came over while working on a car to answer questions about a concern I had. The guy Pip who assisted me from my pull up until my pull out was GREAAAAAT! I would recommend this location every single time. Also really good coupons online. CONSIDER MYSELF A VERY HAPPPY CUSTOMER 😀

Extremely pleased with service and length of time.The oil change took only 10 minutes. Lauren Hymel ( store manager) took me out to explain what was done and go over a review check of engine. Very pleased with this SpeeDee location. Will definitely spread the word. Thank you!

I've been other places and have received the same basic service from them all, nothing to leave reviews about, honestly. But this shop, today, was a top notch experience. I'd leave 100 stars if I could. All had great attitudes and was pleased to service, especially Patrick. He greeted me quickly and even checked the air in my tires and all of my fluids. Even the manager, Lauren, came over and made great small talk and made the wait time pleasant. Other shops don't provide this kind of customer service and attentiveness from managers like this one does. Lauren, thank you for giving me such a great experience. I'm so glad I found a place to bring my car from now on. Your knowledge, experience and leadership have made me a permanent customer.

I have been to this location before in the past, but my most recent visit was the best by far. The manager Lauren was very professional. As a woman myself, having her by my side made everything super easy and she was very trustworthy. Lauren made my visit fun and informative, I can tell she really cares about her customers. As a woman you have to be careful because sometimes you will be taken advantage of but Lauren explained what services my vehicle needed and why the cost was fair for what I was receiving. I can't wait to return for my next visit!

Went in for oil change and to replace a few blinker and tail light bulbs on Monday 6/29 Was told I needed a new harness. Part was to be ordered and would not take long, but then was told it would be in on Wednesday. 7/1. Go in on Wednesday and told the part would not be in until Thursday. Call Thursday, still no part and was told they would call me and let me know when it would be in. Never heard from anyone so I called on Monday 7/6 and told that part still not in and will be in on Tuesday now. I have already paid for part and labor, so I request a refund and will take my car elsewhere! However I am told that the manager would have to approve that and he will not be in until Wednesday 7/8. Not happy with the continued stringing along and lack of communication from shop!

Great service under new ownership. No problem at all I’ve lived around the corner for quite a while and have been there for years but I tried them under new ownership and was charged $110 for 2023 f150 which was a bit more then the last owners which is understandable. But then come to figure out after a few drives I was 4 quarts short of what they put in and charged me for. Checked my dip stick and the stick was starting to burn and drained the oil and measured how many quarts and it was right at about 4 and my truck holds 8 quarts. Thank god my truck didn’t get destroyed but definitely check how much they put into your vehicle before you leave. Also side note, no oil leaks or any oil anywhere so no possible way it could have leaked.
